Cozy is definitely the correct description! I had some rainy days during my visit, so the cozy, clean living space was perfect for having some down time to stream movies and shows. Some premium apps were much appreciated! Grocery stores are close as well as great restaurants, so the microwave worked just fine for heating up meals for my week-long stay.

The spot was very clean and comfortable. The downtown area is not far away. I would recommend this place for a quieter group of people not looking to be up too late.

Jonni & Kelly were great hosts. Check in was a breeze, we knew exactly where to go and how to get in. They were flexible when we arrived later due to traffic which was helpful. As far as the space goes, it was exactly as expected per the listing. It had all the amenities, and there were no surprises. It was private and convenient. It’s a basement suite, but we didn’t notice anything extremely loud above us, a few dog nails here or there and the occasional bark. All ordinary and not excessive. Overall extremely peaceful stay, we would be glad to stay again in the future!

Winnie’s Farmhouse was our best Airbnb stay yet!! Checks all the boxes and more. Michelle and Ray are terrific hosts who strike just the right balance of accessibility and privacy, with hospitality and charm. They clearly love the farmhouse and genuinely want you to enjoy it too. From a charming Welcome Basket, to periodic checkins to make sure all is well and working, to thoughtful touches thru the house. Winnie’s has comfy beds and linens, a terrific kitchen, a huge TV for movie night, plenty of storage space for clothes, bikes and kayaks, and strong WiFi for remote work. Great attention to detail on amenities needed to feel like home, and well insulated to minimize any sounds from cars on the local road that passes the property. Location is wonderfully remote and private set within a beautiful and expansive hayfield in a small town, yet close to highways for easy access to Boston and exploring New England towns, beaches, and skiing. Highly recommend! We’ll be back for sure!
