The house was absolutely gorgeous and was exactly like in the pictures. The hosts were extremely friendly and communicative through our entire stay and even before. It was very clean, had everything one needs during a vacation, and very peaceful. We will be booking again soon!

I enjoyed my stay here so much. The apartment was so cute and cozy, super clean and spacious. It is in a gated property so itself safe and overall a great location. If and when I am back in town, I will definitely stay here again.

Aaron is an amazing host that truly cares about what is happening with his guests. We had a little trouble with our travel and Aaron went above and beyond to accommodate us when things went out of our control. The home is very nice and exactly as described. It was clean and looked well kept. The beds are extremely comfortable and the home is spacious. I will definitely book with Aaron again if I am back in Orlando!

My family and I enjoyed our stay it was really nice, had great pool area, was relatively clean, and had a well stocked kitchen and bathrooms. Would definitely book again. There are plenty of stores and restaurants near by too.

We stayed for 7 days at this lovely townhouse and had a fantastic time. The location was ideal—just a short drive from Disney and other major attractions. The neighborhood felt safe and quiet, which was great for relaxing after busy days out. The townhouse was clean, spacious, and well-equipped. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals, and having a washer and dryer was super convenient. The Wi-Fi worked well, and the air conditioning kept the whole place cool and comfortable. The kids especially loved the community pool.

Our stay was fabulous! The house was just as described. Plenty of room for everyone. We enjoyed the pool, used it everyday! We did not end up heating it, which worked out perfect. The temps were so warm during the day and the sun is on the back of the house all day which is great for being out there. The game/movie room was great and kids loved playing and watching movies. Kitchen had what we needed and we cooked all of our dinners there. Fresh crab legs and ahi tuna near by that was great. It is definitely a place we would return to. Adir's place was fantastic. There were many personal touches that made it feel more cozy, which I've found in Orlando can be a struggle. I loved how there were cozy blankets, bathrobes, and a few treats when we arrived. The location is awesome. Very close to anything you could need, Disney, Universal, and the airport. Dollar Tree, Starbucks, Dunkin, Chick-Fil-A, Walgreens, and many more places are all within walking distance. I loved how peaceful the condo and location felt, despite being surrounded by everything. The view was beautiful to wake up to and my kids enjoyed playing in the pool. We would definitely recommend and be happy to stay again!

We had a great time staying at the townhouse! The rooms were perfectly set up for our group and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed! Everything was clean and comfortable and very well located just minutes from Disney and 30 min from Universal! There are tons of restaurants nearby and a Walmart down the street! We will definitely stay here again!

We stayed at Garret's house for 4 months while having our house built. The home was extremely spacious and perfect for all of our needs. What separated Garret from other hosts was his communication. He was always available and very quick to offer remedies for the very few small issues that came up. i would highly recommend Garret and his home!

We loved feeding the turtles 🐢. You have to check out downtown Sanford, walk the Riverwalk & go to the Central Florida Zoo & Botanical Gardens. Don't forget to try the Jailhouse Restaurant - in a real old jailhouse, great food! She was an amazing host.

I cannot say enough good things about Raymond & our stay. I travel a lot for my son’s lacrosse team & this was our favorite Airbnb so far! Raymond is very responsive & kind! I hope it’s available to book next year when we return.

We stayed here for 3 weeks and had a lovely time. The house itself was well equipped, especially the kitchen, plenty of towels, loads of TV channels to watch and very close to all the parks and amenities. Had a great time thank you.

This was by far our favorite Airbnb stay and we’ve stayed at dozens over the years. The listing was 100% accurate, and the home was *immaculately* clean…truly one of the cleanest places we've ever stayed. Not a single bug or ant in sight, which has been an issue at other homes we've rented in Orlando so we really appreciated that. We stayed with an infant, and all of the baby amenities provided were perfect and incredibly helpful and made our trip so much easier. The heated pool and grill were amazing additions and made our stay even more enjoyable. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet, and the hosts were incredibly responsive, answering any questions almost immediately. We’d absolutely stay here again the next time we’re in Orlando. Highly recommend!

We very much enjoyed our stay at Gina’s condo. It is very comfortable, clean and convenient to everything we needed. The grounds are well maintained and a great place to get in a good walk or just to relax. We would highly recommend the condo and location.

Marlene was great from our first interaction at booking until our last contact when leaving. This place was perfectly for me and my 17 year old son. We appreciated having our own rooms. The pool and sitting areas were so nice. The flowers and little gnome gardens made it feel so magical. We enjoyed the location and didn't mind the drive into Orlando.

this family is beyond accommodating. I don't typically do airbnbs with the in home post this was the first for me. They are very accommodating and welcoming. They made me feel right at home and like part of the family. Their home is clean and very well decorated. If I am ever in the area again I would stay there without hesitation. They do have dogs which for me was great. But if you are uncomfortable with them I am sure they would make sure that you do not have to interact with them. But for me the dogs made it feel more like home. I cannot say enough nice things about this family and how accommodating and friendly they are. If you're unsure about staying with an in home host I would urge you to stay with this family. You won't regret it. Just like their ad says you will be staying with friends you just haven't met yet. Cannot recommend this location enough.
