House vacation rentals in Grove City

Words cannot describe how awesome our experience was. The decor was fabulous. The amenities were beyond what we expected. The beds were like sleeping on clouds. The neighborhood was was walkable and close to a small community park. A few minutes drive will get you to downtown Westerville or Polaris Mall. A variety of grocery stores and restaurants are nearby. The woodsy setting gave us the feeling of seclusion. If you are looking for a family escape or a girls/guys getaway, this is the place to be.

Nice clean house that is quite spacious for a family or large group. The three and a half bathrooms are especially generous. My only mark, which is not a critique of the house or owner, is that the street is quite clogged with cars from the neighbors. Apparently they don’t know what the driveways and garages are intended for. Regardless, parking in the driveway here is a bonus. Overall the neighborhood is nice. Plenty of shopping, dining and grocery nearby. If you aren’t from the area, the drivers are horrendous; typical city pretense and aggression so nothing unusual. I will gladly stay here again.

We had the most fun and relaxing weekend here, enjoying the pool and hot tub, taking in the gorgeous surroundings, and sharing meals in the comfortable and homey kitchen and dining areas. Char was a wonderful host! She clearly communicated instructions, provided suggestions for restaurants and activities nearby, and made us feel welcome in her home. I would highly recommend staying here for a gathering with family/friends!

Second time staying in this location and absolutely love it. Great home and location! We love the pool/hot tub it is huge and perfect to relax in! I can’t say enough great things about this place! We will definitely be back for round 3!

Great place, close to a lot of what Columbus has to offer. Hot tub was great to relax in. Parking was easy as well, street parking but the spot in front of the house was available the whole time we were there.

This home was amazing! Love the decor and cozy feel. Had no issue with this home it was beautiful. They went above and beyond on providing things to accommodate our stay. We definitely will be booking this property again.

Preston place was adorable. I love the details and history with all the art work and furniture. Location was great. Utilizing the garage was a big help as the house is on a very busy road. House was clean. Beds were comfortable. Coffee and short bread cookies was a nice touch. We would stay here again.

Convenient and comfortable place to stay. Near highway and restaurants

Romas place was fabulous! It was extremely convenient having toys, books, baby bath, pack and play and children’s dinnerware in the house so I didn’t need to pack all that! House was clean, instructions were clear and the house was updated throughout.. Loved the mud room when you first walk in to leave your coats and shoes etc. K cups in the kitchen so I could make a coffee as soon as we arrived. My toddler loved the bunk beds! They weren’t the most comfortable but she slept just fine. Master bathroom was gorgeous. The street the house is on is a beautiful neighborhood but when we ventured out for pizza the surrounding area seems sketchy -nothing to deter me from staying here again though. If I ever make the trip to Columbus again I’ll def book Romas!

Clear, responsive communications from host. Clean, well appointed, modern upstairs loft-like apt, with a garage to boot. Short walking distance to local restaurants and pubs. Convenient, clean, cute, just right. Enjoyed my stay here. Thank you, Sam!

We enjoyed our morning coffee on the back porch while watching the horses graze and our evening fires at the outside fire pit. The Farm house is so comfortable and welcoming. We can’t say enough about this place. We made great family memories. Amber has really thought of everything. What an awesome host!

Jotham was great... very easy and clear description on check in, especially as he was out of town. as many other people have mentioned, this location is probably not the safest part of town, So if you have young kids you might not want to walk around the neighborhood etc; however on the inside it is clean and well represented by the photos! We even accidentally left an item and he is in the process of planning to ship it. Easy to work with. thanks again 🙏

Peaceful stay & close to downtown Grove City or downtown Columbus!

Rineeth was so helpful and communicative. The home itself is well appointed and extremely comfortable. Decor was so stylish and favorite books were on display. I would recommend this stay to anyone and am grateful for the comfortable, convenient experience!

We loved the house and it was in the perfect spot to walk around German Village and explore Columbus!
