House was exactly as pictured, absolutely beautiful. Bed linen all smelled like fresh laundry! Very quiet, peaceful neighborhood in a gold community. Maya was very responsive and courteous. Would definitely stay again

Andreas' Shellflower home was perfect for our needs. Plenty of room for 6 adults, all furnishings and amenities were very nice and as described. The kitchen was stocked with a huge supply of cooking utensils, pots, small appliances and baking dishes. Also, for the Keurig coffee maker, there were many pods including favored coffee - this made it easy to brew a warm drink in the morning. Rotunda West (location) is a very large residential development. So, it is quiet, no road noise or other distractions. Thanks for a pleasant, easy stay.

We had a wonderful time staying in this beautiful home! The location is perfect for visiting the beaches and restaurants. The house was clean and just as advertised. Quiet neighborhood. The owners respond quickly if you have any questions. Lots of items you may need to cook or grill out are already in the home. Very convenient! Would definitely stay again!

The house was very open & inviting, easy to find with ample parking. It had easy access to the waterway and very convenient to grocery stores , restaurants and the beach. It’s located near the end of a canal but limited space for boat storage which we brought. But overall it was well worth the stay

My family of 6 absolutely loved this home! The pool was a nice addition to our fun at night. We really liked the outdoor grill area. The home was spacious and had everything we needed. We will definitely book this house again!

As a Floridian who travels frequently and has been in a lot of rentals across the state, I was very impressed with Maria's place. The house was welcoming from the second you walk in. Maria has beautifully decorated every room, very unique Floridaesque pieces, down to the hand towels. Although it was just my daughter and me, I imagine this would be plenty of space for a bigger family. The backyard is amazing; I loved walking around and looking at the landscape. Even though there is a busy road nearby, it felt very secluded. Even though we ended up not bringing our dog, we enjoyed feeding our fish friends every day. There are several restaurants in the area to choose from, for breakfast/lunch/dinner. Nice central location, we took day trips to Sanibel and Boca Grande to ride our bikes, visited the Edison/Ford estate in Ft Myers. It was nice to relax in the pool/hot tub after returning "home" at the end of the day. I would definitely recommend this oasis to anyone looking for a rental.

I stopped staying at Hotels a long time ago and strictly do Airbnb’s. I pay lots of attention to detail as did Kevin and his wife at this unit.! All of the furniture inside and out on top of the line, the units were set up to the max with utensils and wonderful linens. Everything was extremely top of the line. Highly highly impressed. We rented the entire unit and it worked out perfect to bring family and friends. It was the perfect set up for a large group. The pool was wonderful And we were able to utilize the dock for our boat. The pass was a quick five minute boat ride with no bridge restrictions highly recommend if I could give more than five stars I would.!!

Beautiful place! We enjoyed our visit. Plenty of gorgeous beaches in the area. We had lots of fun searching for seashells and shark teeth :). Host was excellent and had lots of great recommendations. Definitely recommend this host and home.

Beautiful home and pool in quiet neighborhood close to all the beaches we wanted to visit. Love this area and highly recommend Melissa as a host. This is our second time visiting one of her homes and couldn’t be happier with the experience all around.

Beautiful little retreat on the canal. The boat ramp across the street made life so easy! Even though this is close to the road, it’s a very quiet place. Everything was clean and comfortable plus the host was awesome. We will stay again.

Beautiful home, Amazing kitchen and bathrooms, well set up pool area with a large covered patio. Dock was in good shape and easily accessible for my 23 ft boat. The host was very responsive. The location is excellent because it’s very close to nearby grocery stores and restaurants. Very comfortable beds and furniture.

Great location close to restaurants and the beach! This cute 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom is super clean and felt like a home away from home! Everything is beautifully decorated with some wonderful updates. Our pup was very comfortable there with a great Florida room and fenced in backyard to chill. The bed we slept in was very comfortable- and we are picky because we have a great bed at home! Everything is as described and they provided a lot of amenities- bath products, beach stuff, and even a few snacks! We didn’t get a chance to use the hot tub, but hope to next time!

The place was exactly as listed. It was clean and comfortable l. The location is also great, especially for what I needed.

Quick trip to Florida for a few days of R&R. This house was perfect for us. My husband and son went golfing and met another golfer from Canada. Every one we met both local and visitors were super friendly. Went to Venice beach and it was beautiful. This house is located in a perfect area for beaches and restaurants. I highly recommend this house and Rotonda West. 10 Stars!!!!

This place was perfection! If you have kids, they will be in heaven! The pool was warm and many pool toys were provided. There were tons of sand and beach toys as well, which made for a fun trip! The kayaks were great and the location is wonderful. The surprise great part was Nick next door, who gave great recommendations and made us feel like part of the neighborhood. The house had a well stocked kitchen, lots of towels, and plenty of amenities. I couldn’t recommend more, this is a must stay if you are in the area!

We felt right at home during our short stay. Our family had plenty of room to spread out and we loved the back patio & dock to watch all the wildlife.

This was our second stay at this beautiful house, having stayed on side “A” during our first visit and side “B” this time. Our family of four stayed in one side, while our friends and their three children occupied the other side. The layout is just perfect for us. The pool is spacious, and although a compressor malfunctioned, it was promptly repaired the following day, ensuring the water stayed comfortably heated through the week. The house is ideally located right on the canal, which was a dream come true for our fishing-enthusiast boys. I brought my paddleboard and spent every day peacefully paddling down the canal and into the bay. We were also lucky enough to have access to one of our family’s boats, which we kept in the slip right by the house. It was so convenient to hop in and take the boat out to the beach or explore the bay. The host has thoughtfully stocked the house with everything you might need. There were beach chairs, umbrellas, and coolers, and plenty of kitchen items.

I live in miami so I know what beautiful beaches are, when I tell you that the beaches there are crystal clear water & temperature just right, I mean it! I was shocked to see they were better than miami ! I had a great stay for birthday at this home. It had everything I needed! My sister and best friend came by to sing happy birthday at a near by restaurant and go to the beach together and they fell in love with the location, it is so peaceful !! The home makes you feel right at home, it had lots of space for us the pool was just perfect ! The water temperature made you want to stay in the pool all day long it was perfect my kids enjoyed it so much ! I couldn’t have asked for a better birthday weekend at this location & home ! The host is very attentive and very helpful ! She found us the beach location and restaurant before we got there and she advised us to park right before our car got towed for being in grass. This house is the perfect getaway for a couple of weeks especially, for boaters the lift was perfect. It accommodated our boat and all our needs. This house has many extras. You won’t need to bring a thing. The hosts were great highly recommend would definitely rent this house again.

It was such a great experience staying here. Alexis went above and beyond to make our stay perfectly. Personally, I think it’s even nicer than what the pictures show. The house is beautiful. The quotes around the house are incredible. The book that is provided with everything to do in town is amazing. It was very clean and had everything we needed to make our stay perfect. The pool was nice and warm. There were so many pool toys/ floats to pick from. Everything you could possibly imagine for the beach! The list goes on. 10/10. Will absolutely book again when we come back! 😍

The whole house including the pool is very well maintained. We felt at home from the very first moment. The equipment leaves nothing to be desired and we will gladly come back one day. Best regards from Germany Markus & Gaby
