The forests are within walking distance. Around the house is a spacious green garden with terraces where you can enjoy the day/evening. In addition, there is a shed for bicycles, etc. There is ample parking on the property. There are 3 toilets and 2 luxuriously furnished bathrooms. The box spring beds are 220 long. Energy neutral

Our luxurious dune villa 'Sela' is overlooking the Engelsman dune, one of the highest dunes of Ameland Island. When dining in the evening, the light of the lighthouse will ensure a stunning island feeling. A fresh dive in the morning is available at the very rustic beach at the other side of the dunes (about 15 minutes walk). Our house has 5 bedrooms, a great living room with a (gas) fireplace, a cosy kitchen with kitchen island, a beautiful dining room and a ‘spa’ with sauna and tanning bed.

Stay in one of the most beautiful villas in Friesland. The entire upper floor is at your disposal. Includes bathroom with bath (no bubbles), a living room with luxury sofa and television with Netflix, Videoland and a mini kitchen with microwave, fridge and dishwasher. The accommodation is sustainable (hardly any gas use) and equipped with air conditioning in the living room + bedrooms. In the winter months, it can be heated. Adjacent to the kitchen with bar and built-in appliances. Also, a large dining table for 8 people. There are 4 bedrooms on the 2nd and 3rd floor. Jetty of 20 m. * The house is in a quiet neighborhood and is therefore not suitable for partying groups! * Sauna, hot tub, SUP and sloop can be activated at an additional cost.

A lovely 8-person house with a large garden. Enjoy the different seating areas with panoramic views. Relax in the hot tub or sauna and then have a glass of wine by the outdoor stove or fire bowl. In the evening, use the house bar while you are outside the BBQ (covered). There is the possibility to "work from home" in the office/conservatory. From here you have a unique view of the IJsselmeer. Whether you like to go fishing directly from your own jetty, kiting, windsurfing on the IJsselmeer or boating. Everyone will be happy in this family-friendly park. In the colder seasons you can relax in the in-house sauna or sit comfortably in front of the fireplace.

The former company house has a large garden with a Finnish Sauna, Steam shower and a Hot tub (extra charge!), jetties, terraces and a private beach. Our vacation home is located directly on the water and offers you the opportunity to moor your boat on a 16 m long, private jetty. Due to the south-facing location of the property, the garden is in the sun all day. The new, modern kitchen includes a dishwasher, coffee machine, gas stove, oven and microwave. Dear guests, unfortunately I was forced to increase the prices by 12% for 2026, as the government has increased the VAT from 9% to 21%. I hope you ALL come back anyway.

This is located directly on a harbor with its own jetty, just 5 minutes by boat from the Heegermeer and the vast Fluessen. The very spacious, modern and bright house gives access to terraces that are located around the private harbor and with beautiful views of the charming marina of Heeg. A perfect base for water sports, cycling/hiking and cozy villages.

On the Water in Heeg Wetterhaghe Meerzicht

These new (2023) thatched villas of Wetterhaghe have a beautiful unobstructed view over the Poelen, the Weisleat, right in the middle of the Frisian lake area. The sustainable villas have their own jetty with possibly a beautiful 8-person electric boat! The sloop is available between April 1 and November 1. Just sail to the village for a drink or in the morning to the bakery for fresh rolls. But a day trip on the Frisian lakes is also a quiet sensation!
