This beautiful house is right on the water where you can swim from the jetty with swimming stairs. It is extremely quiet with views of the greenery. Direct access (2 min sailing) to the Sneekermeer. Of course, all amenities are present in the cottage. The backyard is enclosed with a fence. If desired, you can bring your own boat (max 10m) and moor it on the 8 meter long jetty.

Our vacation home is located directly on the water and offers you the opportunity to moor your boat on a 16 m long, private jetty. Due to the south-facing location of the property, the garden is in the sun all day. The new, modern kitchen includes a dishwasher, coffee machine, gas stove, oven and microwave. Dear guests, unfortunately I was forced to increase the prices by 12% for 2026, as the government has increased the VAT from 9% to 21%. I hope you ALL come back anyway.

This large luxury and stylish 12-person villa is surrounded on three sides by water and is a stone's throw away from Heeg Center and the Heegermeer. The large surrounding garden of 3000m2 makes you feel one with the Frisian water landscape. The sustainable villas have their own jetty with possibly a beautiful 8-person electric boat! The sloop is available between April 1 and November 1. Just sail to the village for a drink or in the morning to the bakery for fresh rolls. But a day trip on the Frisian lakes is also a quiet sensation!
