Vacation rentals with a patio in Grotto Bay

we enjoyed our stay at Rita's place very much. the view is fantastic, very easy access, safe. wonderful flat, great kitchen and bathrooms! Rita is really one of the best hosts. she made an early flex check in possible. unfortunately, we were too slow to extend our stay at her place, which we definitely would prefered.

The reception was warm. We were able to check in early which was very welcome. We had a big apartment with big terrace, that was lovely! If we needed anything we just had to ask.

Our stay exceeded our expectations! Gio is such a wonderful host and helped us with anything we asked for. This place is located right across from the promenade and had stunning views. I absolutely loved it and will be back next summer in Cape Town:)

What a beautiful home. The location was central and convenient. The bed was incredibly comfortable, which made us sleep so soundly before Two Oceans. We would definitely recommend it as a holiday or business get away. Thank you for your friendly correspondence. What a wonderful experience!

The apartment was quite spacious for a one bedroom, clean, with great views and high-quality finishes and stylish furniture. Its prime location makes it easy to walk to Waterfront with a lot of restaurants, shops and many things to do in that area . Highly Recommened!

From the moment we booked, Nicholas went out of his way to ensure our stay was as comfortable as it could be. The apartment is in an excellent location - watching the paragliders drift past the window was particularly enjoyable - and had everything you could need for a great stay in Sea Point. The Norfolk deli on the ground floor was an added bonus!

We had a great stay at Alet's place. Alet was/is a great host who was very helpful with all our questions and always responded right away. The apartment was perfectly clean and we even got new linen and towels on a regular basis. The area is absolutely safe and the beach can be reached within 10-15 min of walking. Sadly the pool was not usable when we were there which was disappointing for our kids but absolutely not Alet's fault.

We can agree with all satisfied reviewers. We spent a great week in Cape Town in this beautiful place. Highly recommended for two friendly couples! We'll be happy to come back anytime!

We really enjoyed our stay at Ilse and Dan's place. The location is great for exploring Cape Town in all directions. You can find a parking space in front of the house at any time. The apartment and especially the courtyard are lovingly decorated and the interior style is very aesthetic. Communication with the hosts was flawless! We will be happy to come back.

We had an absolutely wonderful weekend at Lorraine home. From the moment we arrived, we could tell this home was thoughtfully designed with families in mind. It’s incredibly kid friendly, with plenty of space for the little ones to play and relax. My kids thoroughly enjoyed the splash pool. The décor is beautifully styled,modern, welcoming, and full of thoughtful touches that made our stay extra special. One of our favorite features was the easy 3 min walk to the beach a perfect morning or afternoon activity for the whole family. After a fun day by the ocean, it was so nice to come back to such a cozy and comfortable home. Lorraine was a fantastic host, and everything about the stay exceeded our expectations.

We had an absolutely awesome stay at Las Piedras! Everything was top class — from the beautiful, spotless property to the incredible attention to detail. Coreen was a top-class host: welcoming, professional, and made sure everything was perfect for us. The location is magical — right on the border of the nature reserve park. Waking up every morning to the sounds of birds tweeting was just incredible. It was peaceful, relaxing, and felt like a true escape into nature. Fantastic stay all around. Highly recommended! I absolutely loved my time at this garden cottage. It was everything I needed for the Easter break and my dog had such a fun time sniffing about all the flowers. It had everything I needed inside it as well.

This was a weekend of a lifetime.. This house is so lovely and we all immediately felt at home. So much thoughtfulness has gone into creating the home. Sitting in the heated indoor/under cover pool with a view of the mountain, while watching our friend doing the bbq/braai was one of those moments of shere gratefulness. It was a double blessing that we had a weekend with out wind in Betty's Bay. Thank you for sharing your home with all of us!

Our stay at Jurgen und Adele Bredel's penthouse was absolutely incredible! The penthouse itself was stunning, with breathtaking views that made every moment unforgettable. Everything was perfect – from the stunning views of the city, waterfront, and sunset to the spotless apartment with beautiful bed linens. Jayson and his co-hosts were warm, welcoming, and attentive throughout our stay.

Kelly is the sweetest, and a very communicative host. The place has a great view of the ocean, felt safe, and is in walking distance of camps bay restaurants and the beaches - both camps bay and Clifton. We had AC in one of the bedrooms which was great. We really enjoyed our stay.
