Monthly Rentals in Grotteria

The stay in Roccella has been very good. Would especially like to point out that the host has been very nice to talk to and always responded well to my questions. As I wish some items in the kitchen they came with these things right away. When there was a small issue with the washing machine she went out of her way to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. The location is very central in the middle of Roccella with a short distance to both restaurants and shops and the beautiful lungo mare located in Roccella. The house is modern and it was very clean when I arrived. All in all a great stay for me! If I'm going back to Roccella I'd love to stay here again!

This was an exceptional stay. The hosts, Sonia and Paolo, went out of their way to make us feel welcome and assist. From meeting us on a nearby road to guide us to the house, to the clear information (all written and verbal) and recommendations for local restaurants and services; it was above anything we expected or had experienced before. The house was spotless and very comfortable with all amenities and some very generous welcoming gifts including local delicacies. We would recommend this stay highly to anyone visiting the area.

Serene, relaxing, safe, secure, private a nature paradise for us. You can most likely never find a better host. He is so flexible, personable, helpful and kind. His wonderful family is also on hand if you find you are lacking in any regard. You are given a bounty of fresh fruit and some eggs from the chickens truly farm to table. I needed this retreat to ground me and the time with my family was priceless. The rooms and villa are spacious and it gave us plenty of room to be with 4 adults a 5 year old and an infant. Our train was delayed a day and he came to get us from the station. While we waited for his daughter (we had a lot of luggage)he bought us gelato and was so accommodating. This man is a farmer who excels at his kraft. The strawberries are the best and most beautiful I have ever seen, I drank orange juice mixed with some lemon and something like a grapefruit.
