House vacation rentals in Grottammare

Wir sind das 3te Mal an diesem wunderschönen Ort gewesen, und werden immer wieder hierher kommen da die Luft, die Atmosphäre und die Casali sehr liebevoll und stetig gepflegt werden. Olivenbäume, Weinreben rundherum mit 2 gepflegten Pools, wir sind gar nicht ans Meer gefahren so schön ist es dort einfach die Seele baumeln lassen und in der Tat ist es eine wunderbare Stille. Der Feldweg zu den Häusern ist im ersten 3tel (Gemeindestraße) eine kleine Herausforderung bei tiefergelegten Autos, wenn sie den Weg einmal gefahren sind haben sie schnell den Dreh raus welche die ideale Linie ist. We spent a wonderful Christmas in Barbel’s place. A wonderfully clean and warm house with everything needed for a cosy winter stay. The pool went unused but we will try to come back in the summer - the view is spectacular! Beds were super comfortable and Barbel quick on the replies and checked regularly to make sure we were okay and had no issues. Car obviously necessary but Montelparo only a few minutes away with a nice pizzeria and other amenities.

Très belle propriété située au calme, spacieuse pouvant accueillir un grand groupe d amis ou famille. Très propre et à proximité de toutes les commodités. Une voiture est nécessaire pour pouvoir se deplacer. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour chez Raffaella.

Belle maison, très propre. L’environnement est calme. Bien placée pour découvrir la Riviera del Conero. La piscine est un grand plus lorsqu’il fait très chaud. Elle a été très appréciée par les enfants. Nous recommandons ce logement

Das Haus von Benjamin ist wirklich wunderschön und vor allem war alles vorhanden, was man benötigt (ausreichend Geschirr, Handtücher, Küchenutensilien). Die Kommunikation war Benjamin war super und aufgetretene Probleme wurden sofort behoben. Benjamin hat uns zudem tolle Restaurants und Strände empfohlen. Das Haus liegt in absolut ruhiger Alleinlage und hat einen tollen Pool.

abbiamo trascorso una settimana nell'alloggio di Antonella ed è stata una settimana fantastica. L'appartamento è spazioso,pulito, ordinato,non manca nulla! il contesto del residence è comodissimo sia per la spiaggia che per i dintorni,la zona è meravigliosa e vale la pena visitarla. Antonella è stata ospitale,ci è venuta incontro per gli orari di check-in e checkout, è sempre stata disponibile. Consiglio a tutti questa località e soprattutto l'appartamento di Antonella,sono state delle vacanze bellissime e sicuramente torneremo!

Wir haben den Aufenthalt mit unseren zwei Hunden sehr genossen. Der Aussenbereich ist mit Olivenbäumen und Pflanzen hübsch angelegt und der Pool lädt zum Schwimmen ein. Einzig die Liegen sollten in Zukunft erneuert werden. Die Gastgeber sind äusserst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Beim Eintreffen war sogar der Kühlschrank mit den wichtigsten Lebensmittel gefüllt. Als wir einen abendlichen Stromunterbruch hatten, wurde uns mit Kerzen und Taschenlampe ausgeholfen. Liebe Rosalba, Sergio, Laura und Francesco, herzlichen Dank für eure Gastfreundschaft. Het is een prachtig en goed onderhouden huis. Veel accomodaties begrijpen niet goed dat het eigenlijk vrij simpel is om mensen blij te maken, namelijk zorgen voor schoon huis, keuken met alle spullen, apparatuur etc wat je nodig hebt, goede douche, lekker terras. Bij Fiona klopte alles. De ontvangst was heel netjes door Thomas. Het huis is heel ruim, een hele grote keuken, heel veel praktische zaken zijn op voorraad al en daar kan je gebruik van maken. Het zwembad (wij waren er in mei) was al helemaal up and running en op temperatuur. Heel fijn dat er een hek omheen zat zodat de kleine kindjes er niet zomaar bij konden. De wifi was ook ideaal, ik heb zowaar een aantal werk gerelateerde videocalls goed kunnen doen daar. Anyway, gewoon een huis met hoge standaarden, groot (overdekt) terras, lekker in de schaduw.

Soggiorno speciale nell'appartamento spaziosissimo di Lucia, con un bel giardino e vista mozzafiato sulle colline del Conero. Inizialmente la forte personalità della casa ci ha un po' spiazzato, ma siamo stati accolti da Gigliola (mamma di Lucia) con grande gentilezza. Posizione strategica per mare (15-20 minuti) e bellissime escursioni (Loreto, Sirolo, Passo del Lupo). Tornare in questa "casa" dopo le nostre giornate è stato un vero piacere. Grazie Lucia! L' appartamento è molto spazioso, presenta più stanze, la cucina completa di tutto il necessario. C'è anche una lavatrice (io non l'ho usata). Mattia è stato molto gentile e disponibile, il "self check-in" è stato molto comodo! L' appartamento si trova in una via residenziale, non lontano da un centro commerciale.

Ons verblijf (met 2 heel jonge kindjes) in dit prachtige huisje was een ware verademing. Gelegen in een idyllische omgeving, ademt de locatie rust en natuur. Het huis zelf was brandschoon en tot in de puntjes verzorgd. De gastvrijheid van Lamberto was top - van het moment van aankomst tot vertrek voelden we ons meer dan welkom. Het huis was bovendien van alle gemakken voorzien, zelfs aan speelgoed voor de kinderen was gedacht. Het dorpje zelf is erg rustig, bijna verlaten, maar juist daardoor ervaar je hier een ongekende stilte en ontspanning. Het is een prima uitvalsbasis voor allerlei mooie excursies in de omgeving. Tot slot is er een charmant, authentiek restaurant in het dorp (Parkkeller). Het eten is er heerlijk en de sfeer gezellig, perfect voor een sfeervol diner na een dag vol avontuur.

Sehr hilfsbereit. Das Appartment war ziemlich neu und in sehr gutem Zustand. Sehr ruhig (hinreichend weit zurückgesetzt von der Straße), und super Blick von der Rückseite des Hauses. Die Betreuung war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

We had a great stay at Robert and Joanna's guest house. We were warmly welcomed and immediately felt at home. They even provided some treats from their own garden. The accommodation is exactly as advertised and the view is possibly even better. We enjoyed the serenity and the beautiful scenery. Perfect to discover Monti Sibillini and go for a hike. You will also find several cosy villages nearby, like Penna San Giovanni and Sarnano. We would definitely come again!

Che dire? Tutto è andato a perfezione. La casa è deliziosa, grande, comoda, con una vista sui colli che digradano a mare che... fa stare molto bene. Il luogo è epicentro perfetto per chi vuole "miscelare" mare con escursioni giornaliere alla scoperta di tutta la bellezza di questa terra.

Die Unterkunft von Caterina ist jederzeit zu empfehlen. Wir hatten einen schönen, entspannten Aufenthalt. Die Gegend um Sirolo lädt zum guten Essen und Ausflügen ein, wir waren schon mehrere Male in der Gegend. Bei Caterina hat es uns am besten gefallen, die Wohnung entspricht der Beschreibung, der Wohnbereich ist schön geräumig, die Kommunikation verlief sehr angenehm.

Alles war super und wie beschrieben. Aldo war sehr gut erreichbar und hat uns mit allen Informationen versorgt. Sehr netter Kontakt und sehr schöne moderne Unterkunft in guter Lage. Jederzeit zu empfehlen.

The apartment was perfect for our stay, with everything we needed, central yet in a quiet part of town with plenty of great places to eat within a few minutes’ walk. Our host gave us fantastic tips for fish restaurants and places to swim. We weren’t there for a holiday, but it felt like one.

Chiara e famiglia sono stati meravigliosi. hanno risposto ad ogni esigenza. la casa ebellissima, situata in una zona tranquilla ma non distante dal mare. Un soggiorno rilassante in una casa ampia e spaziosa

Lucia è una host premurosa ed attenta alle esigenze degli ospiti! Ci siamo sentiti a casa. L’alloggio è caratteristico, curato, super pulito e offre la giusta privacy. Lo spazio esterno ti fa sentire fortunato di aver scoperto un luogo immerso nella natura a pochi minuti dal centro di Ascoli. Il nostro è stato un soggiorno purtroppo veloce, ma ci ha lasciato nel cuore la voglia di tornare alla casa sul fiume al più presto. Grazie ancora a Lucia e alla sua famiglia per la bellissima esperienza.

Absolutely loved our stay. House was incredible. Fabulous views with covered outdoor seating where we started and ended every day. Plenty of room for 3 couples plus roll away bed. Lift super for luggage. Washing machine with dryer racks. Well stocked kitchen, plenty of pots pans utensils dishes etc. Towels and linens provided. Comfortable beds. Spacious bathroom upstairs. New to Marche region but with Sergio's help we discovered many wonderful places. His recommendations were spot on! Easy to get around town. Close to supermarket, butcher shop, bakery and cafes. Easy drive to beaches and shopping. Neighboring farmers were very friendly even sharing their just picked grapes! We will definitely return!

Nous avons passé sept semaines dans la maison loft de Franco. Tout était parfait ! L’endroit est extrêmement calme et la vue est à couper le souffle. Franco est un hôte discret mais extrêmement disponible et réactif. La communication a été excellente avant notre arrivée et durant tout le séjour. Montesilvano Colle est un très joli village et c’est le point de départ de nombreuses balades plus merveilleuses les unes que les autres. Une chose est sûre : s’il nous est possible de revenir dans ce logement, nous n’hésiterons pas une seconde !

Dato che avevo un Matrimonio a pescara ho decido di concedermi un po di relax tra gli ulivi di Silvi... La casa è bellissima e pulita , in una zona rilassante e tranquilla! Brunella e gaetano sono stati host gentili e disponibili, mi hanno dato consigli sui ristoranti migliori, le spiagge piu vicine e i posti nei dintorni piu interessanti da vedere. L'amaca vista mare è stata il mio punto preferito della casa!!

La casa di Sabina è un autentico "locus amoenus" in cui ho trovato la semplicità, l'accoglienza discreta e la pace che cercavo. E' davvero un bel posto situato in un contesto agreste molto interessante da scoprire; comodo al mare e vicino a luoghi i interesse culturale. La casa è arredata con gusto , perfettamente in sintonia con il contesto. Sabina e Emir....sembrano quegli incontri dei quali ci si chiede se non li si conosca già da anni... sempre pronti, amichevoli, ma mai invadenti. Due care persone. E i loro cagnolini, due personaggi sbarazzini che arricchiscono il valore del soggiorno. Tornerò! Paola

siamo stati 4 giorni, la signora è stata super gentile ed amichevole, si ci poteva rivolgere tranquillamente senza problemi! La casa era perfetta, super pulita e fornita di tutto quanto! La casa è molto vicina a bar, supermercati e fermate dell'autobus. Che dire, super consigliato, ci riandrei molto volentieri!
