Our boutique vacation home in Aidling-Riegsee has been open since May 2024. The vacation home is new, stylish and very cozy, with fine materials, such as oak herringbone parquet, natural stone, high-quality textiles and box-spring beds. This makes this vacation home very special. It has two small kitchenettes with upholstered seating area, two living rooms with 2 comfortable sofa beds each, 5 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, 4 of which have natural stone shower, green, furnished southwest terrace and 2 balconies.

The chalet is a cozy place for couples and families and is directly adjacent to our old house. Amenities: SW terrace with garden access, small sleeping chamber, large bedroom, small kitchen, wood-paneled living room in front of panoramic windows, with separate round dining area all in wood. Quiet residential area surrounded by gardens. Within walking distance of Lake Kochel, the boat dock, the Franz Marc Museum. There is a wide range of leisure and cultural activities in the immediate vicinity.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil yet centrally located place. Want to get to know the city of Murnau without parking stress? No problem. From here you are 5 minutes walking distance to the city center. Would you prefer a trip to Lake Staffelsee as well? In 10 -15 minutes, the beautiful Staffelsee is also within walking distance. (linear distance 1.34 km) Are you a table tennis fan? You’re in the right spot! Keni's apartment is waiting for you lovingly furnished.

The “FeWo rAuszeit” offers opportunities for a break and time out. Enjoy the wonderful landscape - whether surrounding mountains, along the turquoise Loisach or the Murnauer Moos - by bike or on foot. The paths start right outside the front door. Or relax in peace on the balcony with wonderful mountain views, a good book, your favorite drink and the sound of cattle bells carried over from the adjacent meadow. Cozy 2-room apartment (58 sqm)

The apartment is in a generally quiet location (depending on the time of day, it is possible to hear the noise from the street), 3rd floor without lift, with a large balcony on the edge of an industrial area. Perfect for excursions: - Munich is 30 minutes away - 15 minutes to Lake Starnberg - Shopping facilities (bakery and supermarket) are only 700m away.

Apartment - Südwärts - in the Blauen Land

Our cozy basement apartment of a semi-detached house is located on the outskirts of the beautiful Murnau am Staffelsee. The idyllic Lake Froschhausen and Lake Riegsee are within walking distance, and the big brother, Lake Staffelsee with its seven islands and numerous lidos as well as refreshment stops can also be reached at any time in an extended walk.

Former carpentry shop in Bad Tölz

We converted my father's former carpentry shop into two apartments. One of them is reserved for you. In these special times, we pay even more attention to the cleaning, disinfection and ventilation of the apartment. Between the individual bookings (arrival and departure), a day's break is taken to have enough time for the measures.
