The houseboat "Tante Trost" was built in 2023. The houseboat is located on the outside jetty of the "Boat and Living" yacht yard with a clear view of the approach to Heiligenhafen and the Graswarder nature reserve. "Tante Trost" offers approx. 30 m² of living space for 2 guests, 1 bedroom with double bed, a separate shower room with toilet and a living room with a fully equipped kitchenette (without dishwasher). The sun deck and the terrace with deck chairs invite you to sunbathe and relax.

Welcome to my apartment in Lütjenbrode, a district of Großenbrode am Fehmarnsund. At the end of a cul-de-sac, the apartment is located on a natural plot in the fields. Here you can simply leave the stress of everyday life behind you. Switching off and recharging your batteries is the motto here. The proximity to the beach, the private terrace with lounge and gas grill, bright and Nordic-style rooms, spacious bedrooms with sea views, a bathtub and fast Wi-Fi guarantee great holidays in any weather - in summer even with your own beach chair! Home office is also possible in the cozy work corner. The shared garden offers space for children and dogs, and the shed has space for your bicycles.

The new exclusive houseboat "Souly" with its associated driver's license free motorboat offers you a total usable area of 75m2. The exceptionally beautiful floating vacation home has a living area of 36m2 and a 10m2 covered deck terrace. The 20m2 living and dining area with a fully equipped eat-in kitchen and a comfortable sofa has panoramic windows on three sides. Adjacent are two cozy bedrooms with double beds and the fully equipped shower room with toilet.

"Goldmädchen - Honeymoon Suite" A luxury-class beach villa welcomes you on the first sea line. The 125-year-old villa "Goldmädchen" was faithfully renovated in 2021. The result is four spacious, modern and exclusively equipped apartments. Enjoy the view over the Bay of Lübeck from the rooftop terrace of the Goldmädchen. The apartment has two bedrooms, a living/dining area with kitchen island, a bathroom, a sauna and a large roof terrace facing the sea.

The house, newly built with a lot of love and covered with thatch, is located directly by the sea and the active lighthouse of Heiligenhafen. Whether you come in summer for swimming, reading, fishing, kiting, paddling or just doing nothing, or in winter for walking or relaxing - a break on the sun deck of the Baltic Sea always fits.

Close to the Baltic Sea, we rent a cozy guest room in a separate bungalow in a quiet location in the heart of Neukirchen. In the room, among other things, a small kitchenette is integrated, A private bathroom with shower/toilet is also available. Linens, towels, Wi-Fi and parking are included. A terrace with its own beach chair & other seating in our well-kept garden invites you to linger. 2 bikes can be used if available.

Welcome to Mittelhof! Our apartment is about 80 m² and is located on the 2nd floor of our beautiful farmhouse. Our farm is located between Großenbrode and Heiligenhafen, both within walking distance.
