The modern furnished 3-roomapartment in the historic Ohlerich warehouse is located right at the harbor tip of Wismar. The apartment is designed for 4 people. In the living room there is also a sofa bed on which another 2 people can be accommodated. A highlight is the private sauna in the apartment. The picturesque old town is within walking distance.

Our new apartment "Upper Beach" is located on the 2nd floor, easily accessible via an elevator. You have a separate bedroom, kitchen and a large living room with sofa bed and sunny balcony. The house is located right in the center of Timmendorfer Strand. If you want to live so centrally, you sometimes have to expect some hustle and bustle and noise in the high season. Restaurants, cafes and numerous shopping are within walking distance. The beach is about 150 meters away.

Hello and welcome to our apartment in Dänschendorf on Fehmarn. Recently completely renovated, this apartment in an old captain's house leaves nothing to be desired. On 100m² you have space for 6 people in 3 bedrooms with double beds. The apartment is about 100 m², has 2 rooms, kitchen and bathroom. It is level and has an independent entrance. It has its own terrace and is located on the south side of the house. Rooms are featured with antique furniture. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, refrigerator. The bathroom has a large corner bath and double sink. In the living room is a big flat screen. And lots of shelves with books for every taste.

Maritime room near the beach with private bathroom

We rent our small but fine guest room. It has a separate entrance. The door lock is of course lockable. The room includes a new renovated bathroom & a beautiful sun terrace. In the room there is also a small refrigerator. The room is very close to the Baltic Sea. For the stay in Dahme, a tourist tax of €3.50/€2 per person (depending on the season) is charged per day. The visitor's tax is booked separately online in advance.

Small cozy apartment right by the sea

My place is close to Heiligenhafen. You'll love my place because of its proximity to the sea, just 30 meters from the beach, but also because of the separate kitchen and the coziness. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets). The relatively high daily rate for my place is due to from Airbnb's new pricing structure, which added their 15.5% service fee to the daily rate.

The apartment is located on the first floor of a classicistic house right in the old town. It comprises 120 qm of living space with old plank floors. A spacious living room with solid wood kitchen and historic beams provides a cozy atmosphere. Two bedrooms can accommodate 4 people. In addition, the apartment has a 20 qm bathroom with large bathtub and shower, a quiet, sunny balcony and a patio in the garden.

The apartment is in a quiet residential area and yet in the city. It is only a few minutes to the Baltic Sea beach or to the harbor. The central location allows to do all activities by foot or by bike. In the 2026 season there is a city bus that all guests can use free of charge. The apartment is suitable for allergy sufferers.
