In the middle of the East Frisian countryside, there is a 1-room apartment at your disposal, which contains a double bed for two people, but can be increased to 4-5 people by an existing sofa bed and another couch. The apartment has a separate entrance. The entire property is at your disposal for your relaxation. Your big and small four-legged darlings are also welcome! A horse box is still available in the stable. Otherwise, in summer there is plenty of space on the lush pastures. A riding arena is also available. In the apartment there is a small kitchenette with cooking facilities and a microwave. The old mill tower is located in a quiet single-family house settlement right in the heart of the Wesermarsch. On the four lovingly renovated floors (about 100 square meters) with old wooden beams, there is a fully equipped kitchen and a small toilet, a living area with a sofa bed for two, a bathroom with shower and toilet, a separate bed and a bedroom. In the garden, there are two terraces with seating, among other things, on the water of a Siels. Directly opposite is a children's playground. Guest Wi-Fi available!

Du wirst meine Unterkunft lieben wegen der Umgebung und der Nachbarschaft. Eine kleine Terrasse befindet sich neben der Eingangstür. Neben der Wohnung ist ein schöner Bootssteg. Meine Unterkunft ist gut für Paare, Alleinreisende, Abenteurer und Geschäftsreisende. Dein Elektrofahrzeug kann an der Wallbox (gegen Gebühr) aufgeladen werden.

It is located on the outskirts of Aurich and is therefore both close to the city and nature. The apartment has everything you need for a relaxing vacation near the North Sea coast and Wadden Sea. Welcome in our house by the sea! A cute townhouse in a quiet settlement not far from the dyke and Wadden Sea. It is bright and cozy. It is heated with an organic infrared heater and otherwise we try to be environmentally friendly and sustainable. Via the large panoramic window in the living area, you can see the dike and have a wide view over the field. Everything seems wonderfully slowing down.
