Unfortunately, we did not meet the host in person, but the apartment and things prepared for us alone testified to hospitality and convenience. You can highly recommend a stay here to every family. We spent a great few days in this beautiful house. The children loved to count the numerous snails, discover the dike with the handcart or make bread on a stick in the garden. In the morning, we saw a deer with two fawns up close and were able to observe numerous birds. And Mechthild and her husband were also very nice hosts with whom you could have a chat in the garden from time to time.

We loved the accommodation, beautifully quietly located in nature. Exactly what you need when you come from Berlin:) It was especially fun to heat with wood. We had been there in early March, so that was still necessary. So if you are there for a cooler season, you should be able to deal with axe and match;)
