Our cottage

Our chalet is a place for anyone who enjoys recharging their batteries in nature – whether as a couple or in the peaceful company of friends and family. You'll find it in an oak-pine forest near Borovany in South Bohemia, in beautiful natural surroundings not far from the Novohradské Mountains. Although it may not seem like it at first glance, there are neighbors nearby, but they can't be seen from the cottage. Enjoy sitting by the crackling fireplace with a book and a cup of tea or breakfast on the deck. There is no wifi in the cabin, so enjoy your time really together.

Old Town Living Studio

This unique, cozy family studio is tucked away in the very heart of historic downtown Český Krumlov. It is located on the ground floor of an authentic 16th-century house. The interior has been completely renovated with a focus on detail, comfort, and functionality. The centerpiece of the studio is a spacious and exceptionally comfortable bed with a high-quality mattress, ensuring perfect rest after a day spent exploring the city. There is also a fully equipped kitchen, ideal for anyone who wants to enjoy home cooking while traveling.

It stands in the middle of the orchard: our vacation home in Schwallenbach / 5 min to Spitz center. The Danube with a fine sandy beach in front of the door (40 m) - the vineyards behind the house. The house can accommodate 4 people - the house has recently been completely renovated. On 2 floors you will find: 2 bedrooms with comfortable double beds, magnificent views & balcony - 1 bathroom with shower - separate toilet - cozy living-dining kitchen with beautiful terrace & view of the Danube. Ideal for cyclists - lockable garage -

Elsbeer Chalet

Thanks to the large windows, all rooms are very bright. Special attention has been paid to the high-quality furnishings. Among other things, you will find a kitchen and a dining table with armchairs made of solid Elsbeer wood. There is free Wi-Fi throughout the chalet, but it can also be switched off on request. The permanently installed air conditioner not only cools and heats, it also cleans the air of various bacteria and thus creates a clean living environment. If requested, we can provide a crib.

Our vacation home is located in a small village in the beautiful Waldviertel highlands, approx. 1.5 hours by car from Vienna. In the surrounding area, there are extensive meadows and forests. The lovingly designed stone house offers modern comfort and a cozy ambiance. In the region there is a lot to discover all year round. The place is great for couples, families and small groups. Unique Treehouse + whirlpool tub + Infrared cabin

Fulfill a childhood dream – the overnight stay in the tree house between the treetops is unique, cozy and offers great views of the Kremstal. The Imbach tree house can comfortably accommodate two people. Two more people can sleep on the sofa bed. From the property, you can easily set off on a variety of excursions: to the Wachau, to Krems or to the Waldviertel. But the capital city of Vienna is also just an hour away.

Castle-View Retreat in Český Krumlov

Wake to a view over the green garden and old orchard, above which rise the castle, St. Vitus Church and the entire historic centre. Ideal for couples, those seeking peace and quiet, and your personal digital detox! The tiny house offers maximum privacy, fresh air and complete relaxation – just minutes from hiking trails, bike paths and cultural and culinary experiences.

Living close to nature

Relax in a quiet and friendly environment. The cozy apartment is located in the former Eichinger inn. A large garden invites you to linger. The stream next to it tempts you to explore. In the small village of Kirchbach there are two grocery stores, one of which is a really original general store. There is also an inn, a graphic museum, a pond, a church, a board museum and a ski lift.
