Das Haus hat 3 Schlafzimmer, eine Küche, ein großes Wohnzimmer, ein Bad mit Dusche, Badewanne und WC und ein extra WC. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet.

Various shops, children's playgrounds and an illuminated foot and bike path can be reached in about 10 minutes on foot. Ski resorts, golf course, outdoor park, Tristachersee , national park, are about 10 minutes away by car. Pets are not allowed.

You live in the freestanding chalet all alone, privacy guaranteed! The interior is very nicely furnished. From the terrace you can enjoy a breathtaking view over the surrounding mountains.  The garden is closed all around, making it also great for families with children!
