Vacation rentals in Griva

We had a great stay at Dimitris place and we enjoyed the surroundings a lot. Dimitris shared great restaurants and other must sees. He always responded super quickly. Next time we are in Thessaloniki, we definitely will stay here again!

Great stay! The place was within walking distance to everything we did. The apartment was easy to find, spotless, great location in the city Center. When we arrived the streets around was very busy and we thought it was going to be busy at night but it was quiet enough. Grocery store across the street was great as well as several bakeries and restaurants close by. All n all very ideal. It is on the 6th floor of the building and the lift is from the 60s so we walked up and down rather than taking it which was some good exercise.

There were two of us in the apartment for 9 days. It was exactly as shown in the photos. The location is great, the sea within sight 20 m away. Everything you could possibly need is within walking distance. Check-in is totally easy, Armin's instructions are clearly understandable. Armin is a great host who responds very quickly and also gives good tips and information.

The unit is so nice and clean, beds are so comfortable. I would recommend to add mirrors in the bedroom since it’s so difficult to do make up in the bathroom with small sink. But overall great place to stay.

Nice place to stay

Impeccable hospitality and communication with the host. Detailed instructions for using the house and all the accessories. The house in great condition from all points of view. Very comfortable beds, sofas, bathroom, and incredible cleanliness. So I go to Thessaloniki I don't play to go to stay anywhere other than Ria!

Our stay was impeccable. The apartment is well equipped and has everything you need for a stay. We also liked the view of the city very much. The apartment is close to downtown and is also within walking distance if you are not too lazy to walk uphill :). In winter it can get a little cooler in the apartment, but there are heating options in every room, so you are not exposed to the cold. The communication was also great and there were quick and friendly answers to any questions. Overall, we liked it very much and we would book the apartment again if we have a stay in Thessaloniki. :)
