The location is very accessible by public transport and car. The chalet is located at the end of the village center, only about 300 m from the valley station of the First gondola. A valley run of the First ski resort ends 200 meters from the apartment. We see a private garage with charging facilities for electric cars as an additional plus.

The large terrace is equipped with a table and chairs, sun loungers and a hammock. - The apartment is heated in winter with the cozy pellet stove. - Access in winter is often not easy. You need 4x4 or winter tires with snow chains. - Tourist taxes are included in the price.
