Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Grimes County

This cabin is amazing!! The pictures do not do this place justice. The inside is so cute with the barn look and the way it is decorated. We loved the big porch and sitting on the porch swing watching all the wildlife. It was so peaceful, my dream cabin if I had one. Denise and Richard where super friendly and a great host. Will definitely be seeing if this place is available the next time we are in town.

Amazingly beautiful!

Nice and quiet is what we were looking for. Friendly neighbors. This was the spot. Plenty of room for our family. We had forgotten some clothes in the dryer and they were sweet enough to send them to us.

This was my second time to stay at Diana’s place, both times to host a retreat. Her place is a wonderful getaway from the bustle of the city into the country. The 100+ year-old ranch is absolutely delightful, a Texas treasure! It feels like you have experienced a part of history when you stay at the Legacy Farmhouse. Diana is incredibly gracious and easy to communicate with. She went above and beyond to make our stay and our retreat the best it could be!

I hosted a rehearsal dinner at Josie’s AirB&B. The house is beautiful, spacious and exactly like the pictures. She provided round tables, chairs, tablecloths, outdoor lighting, etc. everything I needed to host 43 guests for a lovely evening outside in the serene private setting. There was room for the group staying at the house (9adults,3kids) to spread out in the spacious 5 bedrooms and 4 baths. I couldn’t have asked for anything better!

What a wonderful place to get away for a peaceful weekend. The cabin was gorgeous and had everything we needed. Our dog loved the fenced in yard and taking walks with us on the property. The directions to the cabin were excellent so it was easy to find, even after dark.

This was our second time staying here, and we loved it just a much as the first time. I love this little house. It has so much charm. Thank you again for sharing your home 💖

My family and I had a wonderful time staying at Sonia’s! Plenty of space and endless amounts of games to entertain us all! This stay was exactly what we needed to relax and just enjoy lounging with our girls!

This is a wonderful oasis in the woods. Quiet, serene, and away from the tempo of the city. This is a wonderful place if you need some time alone or with a partner. Great for stargazing. I definitely want to return and use the hot tub. Everything is like in the photos, the hosts were responsive and clear with instructions.
