we had a great time, Karen was very nice and sweet, she made sure that we had a great time! she informed us about things going on that weekend and places to go and how to make the best out of our trip and kept in touch the whole time just to make sure we had everything we needed. will definitely try to stay again. 10 stars alone just for her kindness, above and beyond great host! I would recommend anytime!

I had a fantastic experience staying at Robin’s place. The property was exactly as described – clean, cozy, and in a great location. Check-in was smooth, and communication with the host was easy and prompt. The space had all the amenities I needed, including Wi-Fi, kitchen essentials, extra towels, etc.. The place was quiet and safe, with an easy ride to College Station. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area. Thanks again, Robin for a great stay!

The house and cabin were super clean and well stocked. There are windows around the entire common area and it really made for a special stay. Our kids loved seeing the cattle and venturing around the property. It is miles from the nearest highway and very quiet. Two of the beds are in loft spaces so occupants need to be able to climb ladder. We would stay here again.

What a wonderful experience! Our daughter is a student at Texas A&M, we stayed at this property for five days in April 2025 for her Ring Day & Celebration. Very private, quiet and relaxing. We loved the surroundings of cattle fields and appreciated the location. The 30-minute drive to College Station was fine, no traffic and local roads mostly. Property is pristine. It seemed every detail was thought of and provided for guests. Phillip was great to work with, very responsive! The daily cattle and donkey visits were definitely a plus. We are renting another property of Philip's, Cowabunga Cottage, in May for daughter's graduation. Surely looking forward to this trip and property after such a positive experience!

This was my second time to stay at Diana’s place, both times to host a retreat. Her place is a wonderful getaway from the bustle of the city into the country. The 100+ year-old ranch is absolutely delightful, a Texas treasure! It feels like you have experienced a part of history when you stay at the Legacy Farmhouse. Diana is incredibly gracious and easy to communicate with. She went above and beyond to make our stay and our retreat the best it could be!

Lovely, peaceful location. Super clean and well organized. Karla was great about providing all the info we needed. Simple check in and check out. We came to the area to look at the seasonal bluebonnets, shop, eat and go to a festival. If I go to the area again, I will definitely book again.
