We had such an amazing time at Benita’s secret house! It was absolutely full of charm and character and exceeded our expectations on every level. It is rare you find a place that is better than the pictures and that is true of this private sanctuary. Benita was delightful to meet, responsive to every inquiry, and provided amazing suggestions on activities and places to visit that made it an outstanding experience. Au revoir Secret House. You introduced us to the French countryside in the best way possible.

We were hosted very well, the environment is very quiet and relaxing. The coffee bean machine is a nice extra, it's a very valuable piece of equipment for us. The bioclimatic pergola allows you to stay outside at all hours. I would recommend Stephane's place

We wanted to thank Christophe and Stéphanie for this wonderful week we spent. Everything was there! From the cleanliness of the house to the recommendations for walks in the surrounding area. Christophe is very responsive to the slightest question. We'll be back no worries!

This home was absolutely perfect. Without a doubt the nicest Airbnb we have ever stayed in. There were 8 of us (two families of 4 with small kids) and the house was never crowded. They even had a kids room for our children to play in. The view was spectacular and the infinity pool was just the cherry on top. The pool was warm and the kids spent hours everyday swimming while we relaxed in the loungers. The property even has a bocce ball court. The home was beautifully decorated and had everything anyone would need while on vacation. The hosts were also incredible. They were so friendly, welcoming and thoughtful. This home was truly the highlight of our trip to the South of France.

We had a stay that met our expectations. The accommodation, services and environment correspond 100% to the description. New villa, very designer and clean. Quality furniture.

A fantastic property in a beautiful, private location with lots of amenities. A short drive to the beach, supermarket and town as well as a small walk to the local restaurants and bars. Brilliant hosts who are very responsive and flexible. Would happily return in the future and couldn’t recommend it enough!

After a few busy days in Nice, exactly what we were looking for. A great house with a fantastic pool in a beautiful setting. During the day we were able to relax well, grill something delicious and in the evening we visited St. Tropez. Karine has excellent taste and the house is both lovingly furnished and everything is beautifully and tastefully decorated... you immediately felt at home. There is a beautiful beach right within walking distance, be sure to bring the bikes to explore the area. Great bike paths along the coast. Karine sent valuable restaurant tips right after arrival. We'll definitely be back. Thank you.

Great stay, the house is really 3 minutes max from all activities and especially 1 minute from the large pool. The house is perfect, it feels like home with a beautiful garden. Air conditioning throughout the house is nice. We were a couple with a child and a baby and it was great.

This was one of my favorite Airbnb stays- so happy we decided to stay in Saint Paul de Vence and so lucky to have had this beautiful place as our home base for our visit! Not only is the home absolutely stunning - full of the charm and patina that comes along with being part of this incredible little gem of a medieval village on a hilltop with its exposed beam ceilings, beautiful old doors, and magnificent vistas over the surrounding countryside- but it also was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and had the most sunning bathrooms with giant clawfoot tubs to luxuriate in after a day of exploring! We loved Katie’s recommendations for restaurants and nearby beaches and had such a wonderful time getting to know Saint Paul de Vence and the surrounding area! Don’t miss an evening walk through this village- it is magic!

What a special place! The house is fully equipped, particularly the kitchen and the living room have all amenities you could imagine. The view is incredible, the outdoor space is gorgeous, the plants are very well kept and the terrace is very spacious. Very clean indoors and outdoors! We enjoyed the projector with the Dolby surround system on the rainy days. There were not many options to eat out or buy groceries/bread within walking distance, so some driving is needed. Marc was also very helpful and fast to respond when we had some issues with the home automation. Overall a wonderful place we hope to come back to again.

The place was beautiful, very stylish and exactly as described – if not even better! Everything was extremely well equipped, nothing was really missing. You can tell that we worked here with a lot of love for detail. The location is perfect: a quiet, relaxed retreat and at the same time an ideal starting point for cycling trips, hikes or excursions to the beach as well as to the surrounding cities along the Côte d'Azur. After an eventful day in this beautiful region, it was always a pleasure to come "home" and end the evening in a relaxed way. The hosts were very friendly, helpful and easy to reach. We felt completely comfortable and can fully recommend this accommodation. We will definitely be happy to come back – a real insider tip for a successful vacation in the south of France! Great stay, clean and comfortable house with an amazing view.

The house has a beautiful situation. Pleasant atmosphere in the house and garden. The two floors allow for different perspectives of the sea. No noise from the nearby coastal road. The dining table in the interior resembles a camping table (wobbles), as do the associated bar stools.

Loved our stay at this place. The setting is idyllic and the accommodation very clean. Nothing to say except superb. The decor is tasteful and the accommodation is very well located!

Absolutely stunning place to relax in the sun! The apartment has everything that you need with a really well equipped kitchen! Rachel is a great host and had amazing local recommendations for food and things to do. We will be back for sure! 🙌

An exceptional stay, far beyond our expectations! The house is simply beautiful: set on the water, with breathtaking views, and full amenities that make everyday life incredibly comfortable. It feels like you're at a friend's house, the atmosphere is so warm and welcoming. Jean-Charles took great care of us, and we also warmly thank his son Raphaël, present on site, for his availability and kindness. Unforgettable stay at Bruno’s beautiful property. It was perfect for my sister and I. The property grounds are incredibly well done and maintained. While it’s in Bruno’s primary residence the Airbnb space is so private and secluded. We felt like we were in our own private oasis. Bruno and his wife were so lovely and gave great recommendations. It’s an easy walk to one of the best beach clubs and restaurants in Saint Tropez. We cannot wait to return 🤍

We had a fantastic stay at this property. Not only was it absolutely gorgeous, but it was also maintained to a pristine standard. The interior and external space were both stunning and the views over the coastline breathtaking. The best part was by far the outdoor dining and pool area. Yoann (the Host) provided us with all the information we needed, while all other staff were always incredibly kind and helpful as well. Would both visit again and highly recommend.

We had a really nice stay! The area was large and nice, but what really stood out was the pool area – the nicest I've seen. Our kids love it! The home matched the description well and was comfortable, with simple decor. The beds were a little hard and small, but worked. It is good to know that bed linen and towels cost 15 euros per person (bath towel not included). The kitchen was well equipped with a lot of accessories, and both dishwasher and washing machine were there – a big plus! However, we were missing a few simple things like spatula and whisk. The TV felt a bit small for the large living room, but not a major issue. The patio was nice and perfect for quiet evenings. The host was very available, helpful, and provided clear instructions about both check-in and check-out. The area is close to nice Gimauld, St Maxime and St Tropez. In summary, a very good accommodation, especially for families with children! We'd love to come back sometime in the future.

We enjoyed a great three day visit and the little house was a perfect base for us. Secluded and private yet not too far from the local shops and amenities,the accommodation is beautifully presented and the garden perfect for relaxing in the French sunshine. Romain welcomed us at the start of our stay and was quick to respond to messages. Thank you!

We had an incredible time at this stunning property. The photos don’t do it justice—it’s even more beautiful in person! The high-end furnishings and spacious layout made for a luxurious and comfortable stay. The garden is absolutely gorgeous, and we spent many peaceful moments there. The host was incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. From the essentials like linens, towels, and coffee to the well-stocked kitchen with all the basic utilities, we were well taken care of. One thing to note, especially if you're traveling with a group: the room on the mezzanine doesn’t have a door, and three of the four bathrooms are ensuite, which might be something to consider if you’re four couples sharing the space. However, this did not detract from our experience in the slightest. The space is large, comfortable, and perfect for sharing and enjoying with friends or family. We had a wonderful time and would highly recommend this property.

We had a great stay at Violaine's villa. There were 4 of us and we were just after some relaxation and sunshine and this couldn't have been a better option for us. Beautiful views, gorgeous pool and 4 extremely comfortable bedrooms. The kitchen was very well equipped and the outdoor space had lots of seating areas, sun loungers and a large dining table. Sadly we couldn't get the gas BBQ to work despite the caretaker coming out to show us how to get it going, so I think that might need replacing, but we just cooked our food in the kitchen instead so it didn't matter hugely. Violaine was very helpful and clearly cares about her guests. We visited Barca Beach club & restaurant which she recommended which we loved and were treated very well. Wish we could have stayed longer and would love to return!

Nice house (even more than pictured) in a quiet area with a nice little flowered garden, and very nice pool. We had absolutely everything we needed. The beautiful village of Grimaud is a 20-minute walk away. The children's room is perfect for one but a little bit just for 2. We were a little warm in the rooms at night but it remains very bearable Recommended without hesitation, really
