In addition, there is a closed courtyard with afternoon and evening sun as well as a front garden with morning sun.

Relax in this unique and quiet home on the Granholm farm, which is located in a lovely large garden, and with lakes, forests and bogs just outside. We live close to Helsinge, but still completely on our own. We have sheep and chickens. The apartment is built in the farm's former carriage gate and loft, and contains a large room with kitchen, dining area, sofa area and sleeping area. Toilet and bath next to the sleeping area. The bed can be divided into 2 single beds, and an extra bed can be made on the sofa.

Bakery & fish store 5 min walk from the house. Very cute town Tisvildeleje 20 min bicycle ride away. Built in annex with own entrance and toilet. The house is perfect for 2 families/2 generations. Five grownup bicycles available for guests. Please note no smoking inside or on the property. No parties.

The sand beach is just a short 700-meter walk away, and it is 5 km to Gilleleje and Rågeleje. Bikes can be borrowed by arrangement. The kitchen is stocked with oil, spices, coffee, and tea for your use.

The summerhouse was built 15 years ago, and has 3 lovely bedrooms overlooking the ocean, a lovely kitchen-living room, also overlooking the ocean. A large bathroom, an extra toilet, and an outdoor shower. The house also has a utility room and a spacious patio where you can sit in shelter on the days when it blows.
