The place is best suited for people who are in transit or going to a concert, event, or work and need a bed for a night or two.

This small self-contained studio is situated in the back garden of our house and is accessed via its own private entrance. Please note there are a few stairs so no wheelchair access. Located in Grey Lynn, which is one of Auckland's very popular inner-city suburbs. We are close to public transport and only 10-15 minutes from the city centre and Ponsonby.

We are unable to accept pet accommodation and children. Phone service is a bit hit and miss. Wi-Fi is available (not on fibre) on an unsecured network, unfortunately, rural areas can be not that reliable at times.
