The apartment is on the 4th floor (no elevator) The house La Colline is located on the Riedweg, slightly elevated on the sunny side of Zermatt. The lift to the Sunnegg cable car and the end of the valley descent are a 2-minute walk away. Bahnhofstrasse is a 10-minute walk, the train station and church are a 15-minute walk.

Studio In-Alpes is located just outside the center of Haute-Nendaz ski resort in the middle of nature, on the lower level of a chalet build in 1930 that got a full renovation in 2018. The Bed-Up makes this studio unique, with a 48km view into the Rhone valley from the moment you open your eyes. In winter the studio will charm you with the cosy fireplace and underfloor heating, in summer the natural stone terrace will invite you to stay outside and look down into the valley or gaze upon the stars

With us, you will get the best local tips in terms of planning your ski day, hiking, mountaineering, mountain biking, restaurants, bars, shopping etc... Studio in Zermatt very good location, very quite no through traffic, access with electro taxi, you can easily walk from train staion, which will take you 15 min there is a little hill involved. Walking to the Sunnegga Ski- station will take you 10mins, this is a small Studio approx 18m2, the fold down bed is of good quality and gives a comfy sleep.

Despite located in the building basement, it is bright and from the large window you can enjoy a surprising Matterhorn view. Wi-FI full coverage, SMART TV, Kitchen fully equipped. It is very close to any ski station (400m from Matterhorn Paradise and 750m from Sunnegga) and center (500m). Everything is reachable in max 10 minutes walking, otherwise the bus stop is 150m far.
