The apartment is on the 4th floor (no elevator) The house La Colline is located on the Riedweg, slightly elevated on the sunny side of Zermatt. The lift to the Sunnegg cable car and the end of the valley descent are a 2-minute walk away. Bahnhofstrasse is a 10-minute walk, the train station and church are a 15-minute walk.

Studio In-Alpes is located just outside the center of Haute-Nendaz ski resort in the middle of nature, on the lower level of a chalet build in 1930 that got a full renovation in 2018. The Bed-Up makes this studio unique, with a 48km view into the Rhone valley from the moment you open your eyes. It is very close to any ski station (400m from Matterhorn Paradise and 750m from Sunnegga) and center (500m). Everything is reachable in max 10 minutes walking, otherwise the bus stop is 150m far.

On the ground floor, on a courtyard, there is the sleeping area with two double bedrooms and two bathrooms, on the first floor a living room with fireplace, a dining room, kitchen, bathroom/laundry.
