The house is a family house from 1978 and is located in the quiet mountain village of Grengiols, with some good amenities, including a playground for the children and a good restaurant. The downstairs house has a panoramic view over the valley, which is easy to see from the large terrace. In winter, you can ski nearby, and in summer, there are many cycling and hiking opportunities, directly from our house.

Casa Valeggia is located in a quiet residential area. The house has many windows and sun in charming position above the village of Maggia overlooking the waterfall of the Valle del Salto, nestled in a tropical garden, fully fenced and with a small swimming pool. Close to the house there is the possibility to swim in the river or at the waterfall. Recommended for people seeking tranquility, hikers and in search for privacy and contact with nature. Breath the fresh air from the valley.

Old Cherry House Rivoria

Beautiful two-room apartment in a newly restored sixteenth-century rustic building. It is very quiet: it can be reached on foot by a short path. The house is located in the center of the ancient medieval village of Rivoira, next to the community's wood-fired oven and near the ancient grape press. The town is located at an altitude of about 500 meters at the entrance to the Vigezzo Valley, and the building overlooks the beautiful Ossola valley, in front of Moncucco and Domobianca.

Access by car is not possible in winter. If it snows, you can take a sleigh or skis from the village directly to the house.
