Lovely cottage only 400 meters from the beach

Cozy and well-maintained cottage within walking distance to child-friendly bathing beach close to forest and nature. The house is on one level with room for 5-6 guests and an annex with room for 2. In the bedroom there is a bed of 160x200 and in the living room a sofa bed of about the same size when it is turned out, in the other room there is a bed of 120x200 where there is room for 2 children/young people. The annex contains a bed of 140x200, it is insulated and has a radiator. Some will think that 7 adults are too many due to the size of the house.

Bus stop very close to the house. Charging stand for electric car on the house. Magnificent nature. Close to cozy harbor, with eateries, fishmonger and laundry. Walking distance to the eatery (Olgas) that makes delicious burgers, sausages, and lovely ice cream. True summerhouse vibe. NEWER bathroom, kitchen, wooden terrace, outdoor furniture and heat pump (all purchased in 2016-2022). Lovely area with peace and quiet. Love to take a stroll along the beach and enjoy the sound of the ocean.....super angling spot where you can go down and fish.

The heart of the house is the lovely newly renovated kitchen-living room where you open onto a cozy terrace. Please note that you must bring your own bed linen & towels.

Welcome (back) to our lovely apartment, in the iconic Aarhus Island. The style is Nordic and minimalist. The apartment points towards the marina, where you can enjoy the evening sun. You live close to bathing bridges where you can swim all day long, or take great walks around the island, which attracts many tourists and locals. Close by are supermarket, market hall, specialty shops, harbor baths, coffee shops, cafes and restaurants. Distance to old Aarhus is a lovely walk 15 minutes or 2 stops by bus.

House on the beach

The house is located on the beach with private access. Spectacular views over the bay. The beach is good for kids as it’s shallow and easy. The house is 125 m2 on two floors. It has two separate bedrooms and a single bed on the repos. A large kitchen and living room. Bathroom with washing machine. The area is quiet and sought after by both danish and foreign holidaymakers. Close by is a little marina. Shopping five kilometres away. Heating included and wood for fireplace provided in winter.

A holiday home on 2 levels, 140 sqm for 7 persons and direct access to enclosed patio. From the upper floor there is a fantastic view to the east over the sea / west over fields. 150 meters to the nearest shopping during the summer period. In Odder, which is 5 km away, there is a large variety of shopping. The beach can be reached in only a few minutes walk. (300 m)
