We are located 100m away from the center of Grein. 150m from the train station. 200m away from the Donau. It is very peaceful here. The apartment is located in our house, but it has a separate entrance. So it is private. There are several places to eat, not too far away from us. There is a pharmacy right up the street and 2 local supermarkets. The city tax is 2,40€ per person per night. By Austrian law I am required to input a personal identification into the Austrian data base

Das Appartment ist in rustikalem Bauernstil gehalten welches sich in einem stilvollen ehemaligen Vierkanthof befindet. Unser Haus liegt am Rande des Ostszentrums in ruhiger Lage. Die nächste Bushaltestelle ist ca. 2 Gehminuten entfernt. Auf Grund der großzügigen Ausstattung und Anordnung sehr gut für Geschäftsreisende und Monteure geeignet.

Alles war wie beschrieben, Sauberkeit war top und die Sauna das Tüpfelchen auf dem I. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, hat alles perfekt gepasst. Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig und die Wohnung in perfektem Zustand - jederzeit wieder.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo splendido appartamento per una settimana,è stato tutto perfetto , la cura con cui Michela ha arredato questa casa sia per i mmobili che per gli accessori denota quanto abbia a cuore il soggiorno dei suoi ospiti. Camere ampie e soggiorno con vetrate che danno su un balcone vista tramonto impagabile, la cucina ben accessoriata ci ha permesso di ospitare a cena più volte anche mio figlio che vive in Amstetten. La posizione è molto comoda a due passi dalla stazione e dal centro e anche per il parcheggio non abbiamo avuto problemi seguendo le indicazioni di Michela. Anche la nostra cagnolona yuma si è trovata subito a suo agio quindi che dire torneremo sicuramente in futuro sarà la nostra casa in Amstetten !!

Gemütlich eingerichtete Hütte in absoluter Alleinlage in der Natur, mit schöner Weitsicht über die Hügellandschaft bis zu den Bergen. Die Eckbank und der Tisch in der Küche ist riesig und auch das Badezimmer erstaunlich groß, die Brausekabine ist sehr komfortabel. Wir würden aber trotzdem die Hütte eher nur für 2 Personen empfehlen. Zu dritt ist das einzige Schlafzimmer klein und das zusätzliche Bett schmal und nicht so komfortabel, wenn man kein hartes Bett bevorzugt. Ansonsten haben wir uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt, wir können diese Unterkunft empfehlen. Es war auch alles sehr sauber.

Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld war sehr nett und unkompliziert. Am Anreisetag wurden wir von Alex sehr freundlich in Empfang genommen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, Alex und seine Familie waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Unterkunft ist genau richtig. Sie ist gut ausgestattet und es ist sehr sauber. Es ist alles dort was man benötigt. Die Lage des Hofes ist wunderschön und lädt für ruhige und entspannte Stunden ein. Für unseren Sohn war es ebenfalls ein besonderes Erlebnis. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Ein ganzes Haus für uns. Tolle Lage, sehr ruhig, mitten im Grünen direkt an der Donau. Der Gastgeber Bernhard und seine Frau waren immer erreichbar und haben sich rührend um uns gekümmert, auch als wir aufgrund des Wetters nicht heraus konnten, haben sie uns Spiele angeboten, frischen Apfelstrudel, Marmelade etc vorbei gebracht. Wir haben uns sehr aufgehoben und sehr wohl gefühlt.. Das Haus verwächst wunderschön mit der Natur und hat einen ganz besonderen Charme.. Wir kommen gerne wieder!!

We had a wonderful time, the location is truly beautiful and we had lots to explore with the kids. The walks from the home, cycling along the Donau, Greins playgrounds and pool. But coming back to the house was always lovely, cool and beautiful. We loved every moment.
