The apartment is located within 5 minutes’ walk from the train station and city center. It has a separate entrance and consists of a sleeping room with double bed, extra large (160 x 220 cm), including a writing desk, a bathroom with shower and a living room with TV, a Grothrian-Steinweg piano, integrated kitchen and dining area, a sofa-bed. It has a nice view into our garden with an area with picknick-table for the guest. A free parking lot and a terrace also belongs to the apartment.

The Holzteichquartier is located in a quiet residential area next to the Museumswerft and the Museumshafen. There you will find restaurants and bars on the waterfront within walking distance. Further over a pedestrian bridge, the historic city center can be reached in a few minutes on foot with the market square and all the various shopping, medical practices and other offers for daily needs. The marketplace, the Pomeranian State Museum and the museum harbor are just a few steps away. There is a charging station for electric cars right outside the door. Modernly equipped with Wi-Fi, TV and kitchen. In the house: Restaurant & Café Lichtblick (closed on Sundays).

The apartment, which was lovingly renovated in the spring of 2020, is located on the first floor of a former manor house. It is an ideal retreat for couples or single guests. Many details reflect the charm of the old house, built in 1850, and yet there is no need to forego comfort. If you love a rustic ambiance paired with Scandinavian elements, this is the place to be, where the fox and crane say good night.

Here you will find a nice studio apartment with its own bathroom, a kitchen hidden in the closet and, if desired, a free parking space. Here I offer my cozy, ground-level, small place to stay. On 46 m² you can feel really comfortable with 2 people. For a third person, the sofa bed (1.20 m) can be used in the living room. The terrace to the rear courtyard is accessible via the bedroom and you can enjoy the evening sun there. There is a bakery in the house. Downtown, train station and supermarket are within walking distance.

The apartment is on the ground floor of a quiet courtyard right in the heart of the city. The market with all the shopping, restaurants and cafes is about 30 m away. The apartment has everything you need for a relaxing stay in Greifswald. In addition to a shower, the bathroom has a washing machine. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, refrigerator and dishes.
