Green oasis in the city center, 2 rooms, parking
The apartment is located within 5 minutes’ walk from the train station and city center. It has a separate entrance and consists of a sleeping room with double bed, extra large (160 x 220 cm), including a writing desk, a bathroom with shower and a living room with TV, a Grothrian-Steinweg piano, integrated kitchen and dining area, a sofa-bed. It has a nice view into our garden with an area with picknick-table for the guest. A free parking lot and a terrace also belongs to the apartment.

Great apartment, large terrace in a prime location
A beautiful condominium, built in 2010, on the top floor with a huge roof terrace from which you can see the Greifswald church towers is available for rent. The apartment is only an 8-minute walk from the train station, the university or the market square - so central, but still quiet, on a side street. You live completely alone on the roof level of the building - like in a penthouse. The elevator goes down to the floor below. A shared launderette is available. Parking space in the yard.

Theater, cinema, museum harbor, zoo and train station within walking distance. The market square with its gabled houses in the style of brick Gothic is around the corner, as is the Pomeranian State Museum. This is an animal-free non-smoking household. Therefore, unfortunately, animals are not welcome. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment.

The marketplace, the Pomeranian State Museum and the museum harbor are just a few steps away. There is a charging station for electric cars right outside the door. Modernly equipped with Wi-Fi, TV and kitchen. In the house: Restaurant & Café Lichtblick (closed on Sundays).

Bicycles can be parked on the property. Shopping is within walking distance. The city center with many historical sights, the fishing village of Wieck as well as the beach and the ruins of the Eldena Monastery are easily accessible by public transport or by bicycle.

The apartment, which was lovingly renovated in the spring of 2020, is located on the first floor of a former manor house. It is an ideal retreat for couples or single guests. Many details reflect the charm of the old house, built in 1850, and yet there is no need to forego comfort. If you love a rustic ambiance paired with Scandinavian elements, this is the place to be, where the fox and crane say good night.

About the apartment: own entrance, hall, complete new living kitchen, shower bathroom, living room, car parking spot.

Baker in the house
Here I offer my cozy, ground-level, small place to stay. On 46 m² you can feel really comfortable with 2 people. For a third person, the sofa bed (1.20 m) can be used in the living room. The terrace to the rear courtyard is accessible via the bedroom and you can enjoy the evening sun there. There is a bakery in the house. Downtown, train station and supermarket are within walking distance.

Our house is very close to the city of Greifswald and the Hanseatic city of Stralsund is also not far away We have converted an old workshop especially for you, equipped with underfloor heating, TV, Wi-Fi and high-quality mattresses for a good night's sleep.
