Modernly equipped with Wi-Fi, TV and kitchen. In the house: Restaurant & Café Lichtblick (closed on Sundays).

The apartment has a living room, bedroom with large sofa bed for 2 people, fitted kitchen, veranda and balcony. Garden use (e.g. for barbecuing) is possible by arrangement. A parking space is nearby. Bicycles can be parked on the property. Shopping is within walking distance. The city center with many historical sights, the fishing village of Wieck as well as the beach and the ruins of the Eldena Monastery are easily accessible by public transport or by bicycle.

The apartment is in the heart of the Hanseatic city of Greifswald. The apartment consists of a lower and upper floor. In the basement, there is the living and dining area with a fitted kitchen and a sofa bed, as well as a modern bathroom. Upstairs there is a large double bed with TV. The apartment has a courtyard that can be used. From the apartment to the city center it is a 5-minute walk. A larger shopping center is located at the train station "Gleis 4".
