The apartment is located within 5 minutes’ walk from the train station and city center. It has a separate entrance and consists of a sleeping room with double bed, extra large (160 x 220 cm), including a writing desk, a bathroom with shower and a living room with TV, a Grothrian-Steinweg piano, integrated kitchen and dining area, a sofa-bed. The apartment is only an 8-minute walk from the train station, the university or the market square - so central, but still quiet, on a side street. You live completely alone on the roof level of the building - like in a penthouse. The elevator goes down to the floor below. A shared launderette is available. Parking space in the yard.
