Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Greenvale

The unit is super close to the train station and to the trams. 2 blocks away is Brunswick Baths, highly recommend. The unit was peaceful, minimal noises/sounds, clean. The ambiance was great, indoor plants and outdoor plants on the balcony made the place feel super inviting. Another 2 blocks there is a shopping centre with all the shops. Lots of restaurants around. Will come again.

This was our second stay with Ben and Murray. The location is amazing, the apartment is clean, and quiet, even though you’re so close to the bustle of South Yarra. We always have such a good night’s sleep! Ben and Murray are helpful and respond very quickly to any communication, and we wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else when we visit Melbourne.

Mel’s place was exactly what we were looking for, it is in a fantastic location within walking distance to sensational restaurants, bars and dessert places. We also easily got the tram to the city. The apartment itself had gorgeous views of Melbourne, was in beautiful condition and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay including extra towels and complimentary biccies. Thank you for being a fabulous host Mel, right from even before we got there. Couldn’t recommend this airbnb enough!

Great place to stay and a great area, close enough to the city, whilst offering more peaceful surroundings. Close to public transport and other amenities. Carmen was a great host and always responsive. Check in was easy and the place was comfortable, what more could you ask for :)

Sarah’s place is a good find. Conveniently located near downtown Melbourne. She was very responsive. Incredible views of downtown Melbourne from her place. You have to pick up the key from a local grocery store (which worked fine) and there is only one key, but overall the stay was great. Excellent swimming pool and gym. Recommend staying here! Good value!

Neil & Carolinas place was a cozy little hideaway. Super clean and tidy. Easy to find and access. Will be back!

We had an amazing stay here! The apartment is situated on a high floor, offering breathtaking views of the Melbourne skyline. We were even lucky enough to catch hot air balloons drifting over the city in the early morning — such a magical experience! The location couldn’t be better — just steps from a Free Tram Zone stop, which made getting around the city incredibly easy and convenient. The apartment itself was spotless, stylish, and fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Early check-in was offered when available, which was a huge relief after a long trip. We also appreciated being able to store our luggage after checkout, giving us more time to explore the city without worry. The free parking was a major perk, especially in central Melbourne where parking can be a challenge. Our host was outstanding — friendly, responsive, and thoughtful throughout our stay. I’d highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a convenient, comfortable, and memorable

We had a great stay here. Rooms are nice and cozy. Cute balcony lights and nice kitchen. Love the decoration and design of this house. Brendan and Lisa were very responsive and helpful. Definitely worth the money. Will come back again

We had a wonderful stay at Sarah and Matt’s beautiful cottage near the Yarra Valley. Even though it was raining during our visit, the stunning views from the cottage more than made up for it — it was the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of city life. The cottage was cosy, peaceful, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay — a clean bathroom, washer and dryer, Netflix, and even a Nespresso machine for our morning coffee. Sarah was incredibly friendly and welcoming. A special highlight for my son was getting to meet their adorable family pony, Little Penny — such a sweet touch that made our stay even more memorable. We truly appreciated the tranquility of the surroundings and would highly recommend this lovely spot to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway. Thank you for the lovely stay!

Matt was an amazing host. We cannot thank Matt enough for an amazing stay. We had to relocate from home due to insurance needing to complete repairs and we felt so comfortable and right at home at Matt’s place. There was a slight issue upon checking in but Matt was at the house within 10 minutes to rectify it. Cannot recommend the home enough, clean, spacious, centrally located in a quiet street. Everything was 10/10. Thanks Matt!

Had the pleasure of staying here for a trip back home to visit family with my partner, it is an absolute beautiful home and Patrizio made us feel welcomed and at ease. My partner and I really enjoyed our stay. Mark met us at the home and showed us around which was so helpful. He was super friendly and we felt comfortable chatting with him. We really enjoyed relaxing in the spa with some wine and enjoying a movie in bed. It’s was really nice not to have kids around for a night. We had a relaxing stay over the King's Birthday long weekend. While the weather was wet and cold, the fire kept us warm, the outlook from the dining room engaged us, and the rooms were comfortable. I highly recommend the house to other people.

Peter greeted us personally on arrival and was very flexible with both check-in and check-out timings, which made our stay even more convenient. Loved staying here for a few nights. The kitchen is fully stocked which was helpful to cook at home, great location with cafes nearby. Everything was clean and neat and the space is amazing for the price. The washer and dryer were very handy too. Would definitely stay again.
