This very large garden level suite boasts a private entrance, two very quiet bedrooms (with queen size beds), 1 full bathroom, 1 half bathroom, living room, kitchen and private patio! As well as in-unit washer and dryer! Amazing location in vibrant Williamsburg with tons of restaurants, bars, and shopping. Just 3.5 blocks from the Bedford L train, only one stop from Manhattan (be in Manhattan in minutes)!

Bright and Open Private Suite

You will enjoy a private suite in our home with two bedrooms. One bedroom has a queen size bed, closet, dresser, comfortable chair and Samsung 50” TV. A second bedroom has a full size bed. The suite also has a living and dining area, a kitchen and a bathroom with a skylight! The space is open and light filled looking out onto a beautiful tree filled backyard and garden. The front patio has a stunning cherry tree which is full of ripe cherries in late June!! At this time, no pets permitted.

No parties allowed in the space. This is a smoke free environment. Only registered guests are allowed to stay in the space. Anyone violating these rules may be asked to leave immediately without refund.
