Our house is located near UVA with 3 min drive to UVA (10 min walk) and 4 min drive from Scott Stadium (15 min walk). The house has a lot of space for large groups and there are many thing to make your stay memorable . The house includes Automatic Espresso Machine, PS5, Netflix, HBO Max, Apple TV+, ESPN+, etc. The house also is well equipped for families with kids and babies. We have exercise equipment such as rowing machine in the basement. You will have a lot of fun with the foosball table.

We are empty nesting, professional parents of 4 kids - all of whom are off to college or in their careers. My husband and I live upstairs. Our home is in a very nice, quiet neighborhood that is close to everything. 3 miles to the Down Town mall, 3.5 to John Paul Jones arena, 3.5 to UVA, 6.2 to CHO Airport and many more popular destinations. We added insulation between the floors and closed off the stairs while adding a w/d for each unit so there is no longer shared indoor spaces or amenities.

Benji’s getaway Shenandoah. Pony rides for kids!

Named after my beloved son this little hideaway is the perfect spot for exploring all that this area has to offer. Apartment separate from main farmhouse but next to it, on 4 acres :) Please note this is a studio apartment so one room if you have more than two guests. There are horses, chickens and dogs on the property. Our pony ride business Benji’s Buckaroos does rides for young children! Wineries, hiking, breweries, antique shops, and our Mountain Views! First floor of a beautiful house with private access from the outside and plenty of room for parking. The house is right on Route 11 and close to I-81 but on a private lot which allows for a nice quiet and private vacation. There is plenty of yard space for kids to play and a gym inside for a quick workout! It's also close to New Market Battlefield and a short drive to Luray Caverns and Skyline Drive.
