I’ve been in some more rustic conditions with Airbnb lately, but this house was clean and in good condition overall. It was right by the water and just perfect for what we needed.

very nice place for our group to serve as a home base during a recent fishing and hiking trip into shenandoah. very close to Graves Mill trailhead, and also very conveniently close to grocery stores and restaurants and other services. the house itself was comfortable and clean, and we appreciate it the well-supplied fire pit (they actually have two, one in front and another in back). worked well for relaxing, preparing food, the other r&r in between activities.

It's a perfect location for a peaceful stay. The cabin is surrounded by nature and has everything you need to unwind, relax, and enjoy! Highly recommended.

Amazing stay! The sounds of the stream, enjoying the firepit and feeding the goats out back were awesome! This house was stocked with everything you need and then some. I felt right at home! Great place and awesome location, close to Old Rag and White Oak Canyon. Clean and nice accommodation, with a great view. Kid friendly as well. Would definitely recommend.

Our stay at David’s property was nothing short of magical. It was even more beautiful than the pictures! We arrived late at night and the driveway was a little tricky to find at first, but after that, everything was even better than we had hoped. The house was cozy, spotless, and welcoming, and the kitchen was more modern and better stocked than we expected. We enjoyed coffee on the expansive deck each morning and roasted marshmallows over the fire pit at night — a perfect way to end our days. The property itself is stunning, and we walked it daily with our grandson and two dogs. After full days exploring Shenandoah National Park, it was the perfect place to come home to. Traveling with a six-year-old and two dogs can be a challenge, but this stay made it easy and memorable. We’re already talking about coming back next year! Thank you, David, for sharing your beautiful home with us! We made such wonderful memories here!

Jennifer’s place was amazing! A fully private guest house with tons of space and well stocked. Beautiful location and we were excited to use the hot tub. Would definitely stay again when visiting Shenandoah.

We loved our stay here and would definitely stay again! You can tell from the first step inside that Colleen puts so much love and detail into these stays for her guests. The house is stocked with anything you could ever need and the details really shine through. The location was great - quiet, but super close to the hustle of downtown. Colleen was very helpful and responsive from booking to checkout. A true gem!

The apartment was lovely and the area was beautiful. We had a great time while we were visiting. Everything was just as expected from the description, the whole process was very easy. My family and I were very pleased. Thank you very much for a great vacation get away.

Peter was responsive and generous. I was visiting Charlottesville and he offered his own oven for me to make some dishes. His place is clean and was nice and warm during the cold nights. I would stay here again when visiting. Thanks Peter for being a great host.

carrie's place is very inviting and clean, also peaceful, you will hear the dog occasionally but didn't bother us, bed is comfy , bathroom is big, loved the hot hair fan. it has everything we needed.

We had a wonderful stay. The location is off of a quiet road on a peaceful and beautiful piece of land. We loved meeting the goats (with two only hours-old babies to boot!) and pigs - and Dalva of course. The living space is clean and has everything you could need. Above all, having welcoming hosts is what makes an AirBnb stand out. Thank you both again!

Elizabeth’s place has so much character and the yard is beautiful. I was comfortable and the walk to downtown was easy and stunning. Lilymae 🐕 was the best! 😍

Have stayed here multiple times now but this visit was specifically for my daughter and son in law to enjoy a babymoon getaway. The river is easily accessible so they floated in tubes one day and took their canoe out another. They were able to take their dog as it is dog friendly. They grilled out and enjoyed the beautiful decks around the home. Resturant suggestions were layed out with local menus as well as local attractions. Luray Caverns is close by, Cooters, from Dukes of Hazards store serves a great lunch, and the drive and scenery all around is incredible. Sharon is the best host and always available by text or phone for questions. Check in and out were simple.

Andy was very responsive and gave clear instructions. We had been at this resort a few times in the past and the unit we received was very nicely appointed and updated. We had all amenities and were super close to the indoor pool and gym. Comfortable.

We had a lovely stay at Lili's place. It was very peaceful! We would definitely book again if we were in the area. Lili was very responsive to any questions we had.

What a charming apartment in a fantastic location. We were close to everything we wanted to do. The apartment itself was so charming, clean, and full of amenities. It was the perfect spot for four moms getting a weekend away! We loved it!

This pace feels like home! We stayed for 12 days and we never had the feeling of it growing old or not being comfortable. I think we could live there! Our pup did too. Everything about it was as described or better. The hosts were a fantastic family, very welcoming. You should really stay here!

BEST PLCAE TO STAY AT! The moment you enter the house just feels like you are at home. The detailing in the home is done fantastically and it's completely private. The morning view and birds chirping throughout the day is the best part. Not to forget, Gr is the sweetest host and she has put in so much efforts to make the stay a memorable one. 10/10 for the property, stay and the host.

Great unit! We had the downstairs two bedroom luxury suite. Loved that it was ski in and ski out! Wish our jacuzzi had worked and that we had a coat rack but that’s it! Ask for those to be checked before you arrive and ask for ice. Awesome stay and amazing experience!
