Located in the private gated community of Cuscowilla. The on-site restaurant and amenities are NOT available to renters. We, however, are surrounded with wonderful things to do and see. There are many great restaurants within a couple of miles of our villa. We offer access to our private boat slip for bringing your own boat or renting a boat.

Plenty of parking, flat yard to play games, fire pit, new dock to fish & swim from or relax! If you’re not ready to totally unplug, it does offer both Wi-Fi and smart TVs.
