We spent 3 nights here for our son’s graduation weekend from RPI. This location was exactly as described and exactly what we wanted and expected. The space was clean, well thought out and comfortable. Ingenious touches to maximize the space which felt roomy and cozy at the same time. The beds were very comfortable, even the Murphy bed in the second room and the pull out couch which our adult son slept on. We had a lot of rain for part of the weekend and the extra umbrellas for use in the entry was a nice touch. Be aware that the Loft is a 3rd floor walkup so not really appropriate for people with mobility issues. We didn’t really use the ground level common area but it was nice as well. Street Parking was easy and access to campus and local spots was ideal. Highly recommend for anyone visiting RPI or Troy area in general.

Upon first glance walking in to the apartment I could tell we hit the jackpot. The place was immaculately clean. We came for our daughter’s baseball tournament and it was in great location to that area. It was perfect for what we needed for a few days and really just felt like we were at home. We would definitely come back and highly recommend this place.
