Amazing place and the host was great! It will be our top choice when we visit the area in the future!

The apartment was spacious and well-stocked for my extended stay, with a plentiful kitchen and consistently good wi-fi speed (30+ MB/s download). Sylva was prompt and responsive to inquiries. She provided spot-on recommendations and is a deserving Superhost. The location was ideal for my needs: a ten-minute walk to the nearest convenience store (Stewart's), local produce store (Capital Roots), and superb Saturday farmers' market (on River Street). Everything was as described. 5/5 overall - would definitely stay again!

This apt is located in a very nice place，easy to shops and restaurants. We could see the 8TH ST garden from the window， some vegetables and flowers are growing in there , looking at these fruits and flowers could make people delighted. The landlord is very friendly, warm and helpful，I would like to recommend it to my friends, and will stay again myself.

We enjoyed our stay at Chad's place. We would most definitely stay again:).
