Nitesh was a great host. He took care of our every tiny requests. The place we stayed in had a great balcony and caretaker in the apartment were great too.

Nitin's outer space is commendable! Looks the same as the pictures and description given below. Finding this place was easy and convenient. Great party place. Also, caretaker sushil bhai has been wonderful throughout. Rooms were spacious. All in all a great investment for birthdays and surprises.

My stay at this property has been amazing. The place is really good , as shown in the pictures. It has a big lawn, a garden and a big pool as well. The house is well maintained with all the basic amenities available. There are some sports equipments available as well like cricket, football, badminton etc. in case you like to play with friends. overall the stay was a good one

My go-to place to stay in Delhi. Can see only green by the large windows, and its super spacious for the price. Sagar is super responsive and has made it very very cozy to stay in. Interiors are very well done and the maid is very regular to help keep it speck clean. And there’s a great Fitpass gym less than 5 min walk away. Just a couple of things: it can get a little warm near the windows on hot days since AC is in the room, and there’s no microwave. But the kitchen is awesomely equipped otherwise and the large fridge and gas stove are a blessing.

We were a Group of 10 including 3 kids the place was perfect the rooms were great,caretaker was available around the clock and was helpfull. Security was also co operative. Although the lounge cum dining area was a bit small rest all was excellent.

it was a very beautiful experience staying there. the place was very clean and hygienic. Mr. Anil at the property was a super host. The food was awesome. over all a 5 star experience. we would definitely book again.

The 1bhk is good sized. The kitchen is very good and easy to use. Zomato and swiggy deliver to the location. Ideal for a party or gathering. Sahil is very proactive and goes out of his way to help. The location is nice and quaint, not too much noise. There is a common verandah outside, where you can stand or sit comfortably. Ample sitting. Comfortable bed. Lots of storage.

The place is nice and justifies the name "The Art Kothi" Helpers appointed also helps you whenever needed. My team and I enjoyed our time spent there and would recommend the place.

This Listing is Very near to H.Nizamuddin railway station and is right adjacent to main road in Kalindi colony. The property is well managed and the staff are friendly. My family had good stay and had all help that is needed though language is an issue. Abhinav is very quick in responding and promises good care of his guests. Must pick for large group.

The villa was exactly as we had seen in the pictures. The stay was good we really enjoyed the space and there were no interruptions whatsoever!
