This was our third booking with Simarjeet and we have stayed in both of his guest house locations in the Safdarjung Enclave. Simarjeet is very friendly and he is extremely communicative and he ensures your arrival experience is as smooth and seamless as it can be. He has an excellent team of staff who will welcome you, and provide everything you need for a comfortable stay in a vibrant and buzzing neighbourhood. Breakfast and all refreshments are provided and other meals are also available on request. The beds are comfortable with clean linen and towels are provided for use in the ensuite shower room. A walk out to Green Park will reward you with good restaurants and a vibrant atmosphere. The nearest Metro station is 5-10 mins walk away and there are always tuktuk drivers buzzing around that are willing to take you anywhere. Simarjeet is also a fantastic and knowledgeable guide , you will not regret choosing to stay here.

It's a very good location and the service provider caretaker are very good everything were awesome.... Anybody won't feel they are away from their home.... I wish the owners carry on their service the same way....

I had come to Delhi for a short visit of 2 days due to work and didn't want to stay too far from the airport. This property turned out to be exactly what I was looking for!! The place is perfect for 2 adults and is really cozy. The place has all basic amenities and is very well maintained. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful stay in a private location.

Abhishek is an excellent host. Beautiful views and everything seemed perfect as it seemed online. Kitchen is compact and contains everything one needs. No phone call was needed. Everything was instructed very well. In short it was a great stay!!😊

Staying at Ashwani's place was wonderful experience. Clear instructions, clean room and bathroom, wonderful hosts. Mention must be made of Subhasji, who was extremely courteous and helpful. I would highly recommend this place.

We had a fantastic stay! The apartment was spotless and cozy, with all the amenities we needed. The location is perfect for expo visitors. Panoramic view from the balcony is stunning. A true Escape into comfort. “Highly recommend!"

This was such an amazing place, and Sangeeta was the best host. She’s so flexible and friendly, and is also so personable. I really appreciated meeting her. She checked in to make sure everything was okay, and let us stay past our check out time due to a very late flight. The place was beautiful, almost looks bigger than pictures- we were so happy and would definitely stay here again. The GK market was walking distance, and I believe the other ones are pretty close too. Great food, tons to do, but also gives a neighborhood vibe and was pretty peaceful. There was daily cleaning at the apartment and all of the building staff were very friendly. Highly recommend!

We had a great stay at Farzan’s place. It was clean and smelt fresh. He let us check in early, and always happy to help us with anything. The caretakers were just lovely and helpful. It’s a very homely place. definitely recommended!

Ishaan and everyone in his house were very friendly. We felt very welcome and comfortable. The neighborhood felt safe, and the interior was beautifully decorated. One small thing to note is that one of the glass windows isn’t completely sealed, so a bit of dust and noise could come in. But overall, we like the experience a lot.

Stumbled upon this place by chance and so glad we did! It's in a great location with a beautiful plant-filled terrace and a cozy seating area. The room is on the terrace level. Perfect for two people on a short stay. The outdoor sink setup might be a bit inconvenient for longer stays or full cooking, but it wasn’t an issue for us since we mostly ate out. There was daily housekeeping. And Gaurav was super responsive and always available to help.

Great experience and a memorable stay. A few recommendations that were shared with the manager Mr. Sanyam were acknowledged and assured to get them implemented on our next stay. Overall awesome vibe with all the amenities provided as listed in the property and would love to stay again❤️

Great stay by JP Homestays and Anirudh as always. Clean and comfortable with new appliances, City view is also very nice.

This is our first time in India. We stayed our first few days at the appartment. We're leaving 5-star review because the bathroom, bedroom and living room were very clean and the functionalities of the appliances we needed to use worked. But they have seen a lot of years of very intensive use. Caretaker Das was very helpful and friendly. The Sector 14 has security personnel which keeps the main street environment at bay so the steet in front of the building is relatively calm. Zomato, Swiggy, Uber worked great. However, coming from europe, be cautious that I'm applying a relative Delhi scale in this rating. You will have full blast india experience as soon as you leave the colony and walk towards any metro station. At the dual carriage main road there is working market, crowds, huge traffic, cows, litter, people begging... You must cross this road to get to metro. For us it was fun but there is a level of risk involved and you will leave your european comfort zone. You see real Delhi.

Great place at an amazing price. The place is as what looks in the photos. Easy to find. Located inside a building that is under construction, so outside the room is a bit cluttered but it’s still a lively place because people are always coming and going. Located at an amazing location, local gathering place just outside the building, good for street foods, shopping or saloons etc. The insides were clean overall, but a few places were missed which needed deep cleaning. Although nothing alarming, everything was comfortable. The caretaker was available at all times. I’ll give this place 10/10 for value on price, location, amenities, comfort, clean bathroom and bed, accessibility, host responsiveness and a 9/10 on overall room and balcony cleanliness.

I had a wonderful stay at Darshana Studios ! The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. The host was very accommodating and responsive, making sure everything was in order for a smooth experience. The location was great, with easy access to super marts and cafe-restaurants, yet peaceful enough for a relaxing stay. The amenities provided were just right, and I appreciated the little touches that made the space feel welcoming. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a cozy and hassle-free stay. Looking forward to returning in the future !
