We just spent one night at Ramon’s place. We came out for a weekend for a concert. Wowww what a great find!!! The place was super modern, clean and beautiful. The bed was a Murphy bed, how clever, and very comfortable. The kitchen was beautiful! We used the fridge and the freezer to keep our drinks cool but we didn’t prepare any food. And the bathroom, especially the huge shower, were wonderful. Thank you Ramon for your hospitality. We would definitely be back.

Josiels place is exactly what we needed. The pictures were exactly as described. The home was very clean and Josiel was very responsive. The home was in a quiet neighborhood. Take notice that the home is on the small side but good for two people. I would definitely go back when in the Tampa area.

Everything was perfect at Ernesto’s place. The gate to the back was a little confusing to find and I didn’t realize it was an attached unit but once I figured it out everything went very smooth. Location was perfect and Airbnb had everything I needed. I would stay again.

The location couldn’t be better: nestled in a safe, vibrant neighborhood that’s close to everything—great restaurants, cafes, and just a quick drive to the beach. Everything was spotless and well-maintained, and the host was kind and responsive throughout. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Tampa!

We have had a few bad stays recently and were considering going back to hotels. Thought we would take one last chance and I'm so glad we did. This isn't the cheap flip-everything grey-barely cleaned-weird smelling Airbnbs we have been used to...this was cozy and quiet and felt like we were staying at a really clean friend's house. It looked exactly like the pictures with the same great view. I wouldn't say there is a lot to do in the exact neighborhood, but you can get to the highway very quickly. Extra bonus points for a huge king bed and a detachable shower head!

Franco was awesome! Very kind and patient with every single question I had. The space is exactly what you see in the photos and felt so fresh. Me and my partner had an amazing time and coming back from a concert to this cool, comfortable and refreshing in a way. Also their bathroom is HUGE. Very cool. If I ever come back in the area i definitely will come back!!

Had a wonderful 2 weeks here. Jessica was very helpful and obliging. Will definitely be coming back. Beds and pillows super comfortable. Everything was here that we needed.

Great place, nice and quiet neighborhood. Very close little marketplace around the corner if you need any water, soda, meat or toiletries. Very good cuban restaurant next to it. Pool was very relaxing and the grill was very clean as well. If I ever came back to Tampa I would definitely book here again. Yenia was very nice and very accommodating!

Rich's property is awesome and yes we did see the gator only once it did honor us with its presence, many restaurants and endless business to shop from went to the state fair and many other activties to do not to mention the beautiful weather, would greatly appreciate to stay at the this beautiful property when in this area. It is just a wonderful place. Everything you need is already there. Very comfortable and an easy walk to the clubhouse and pool. Enjoyed being there very much. Hosts are very responsive to every need. You can’t go wrong booking with them.
