We liked the place a lot. If we want to stay in Tampa or Westchase again, we will definitely try to rent from Gustavo again. Me and my son especially liked the gym, coworking space and pool area. Appartment was better than expected.

Ernesto was a great host. The unit is as described and it’s in a great area. There are tons of amenities close by like Wawa and Walmart if you forgot something. It was super convenient to the football stadium, baseball stadium and the local highways. Just a quick drive to Ybor and Clearwater. The only confusion was figuring out which unit was the one we booked as there are multiple units on the property. Other than that, we had a great trip and would definitely recommend this place.

I had a wonderful experience staying at Magdy’s place! The home was exactly as described; clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully stocked with everything I needed. The check-in process was smooth, and communication with the host was friendly and prompt throughout. The location was perfect. Close to Tampa Airport, but still quiet and relaxing. I really appreciated the little touches like beach supplies, sunscreen, aloe, and book with recommendations. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

I had an absolutely amazing time at Hector’s Airbnb! The space had everything I needed and more comfortable, clean, and thoughtfully stocked with all the essentials. This small cozy place was absolutely beautiful, very clean, big bathroom, very nice and quite neighborhood, close to stores, many places to eat and entertainment. Ms. Annalie was very nice and even though a had a minor incident she quickly resolve it. I define y would recommend to anyone!! Thank you so much for hosting us!!

We had a great time, booked for the entire month and had no complaints! Got a chance to meet the owners and everyone was very friendly and super pleasant. If you get a chance to meet Rob, he is full of wisdom about the area and places to eat/sightseeing. One of my favorite stays at a Airbnb.

The space was great very comfortable!!! There was no microwave for me to warm food but everything else was great!!! Will be back again!

Miaro is a great host. Everything was straight forward and accurate with no tricks or gimmicks. Miaro responded promptly to our questions and was very helpful throughout our stay. The check-in process couldn't have been any easier. The room we stayed in was very nice and clean. We slept very well and comfortably while there. The location was close to everything we wanted to see, it seemed like never more than a 15 minute drive or walk. We truly enjoyed our stay and will be looking Miaro's way again if we happen to return to that area in the future. Thank you Miaro for the nice stay.

Marylin and Aldo are great hosts . They where very helpful all the time and responded very quickly when asked about anything. The place really feels like home. Everything was very clean and beautiful. I’ll come back very soon.

We have had a few bad stays recently and were considering going back to hotels. Thought we would take one last chance and I'm so glad we did. This isn't the cheap flip-everything grey-barely cleaned-weird smelling Airbnbs we have been used to...this was cozy and quiet and felt like we were staying at a really clean friend's house. It looked exactly like the pictures with the same great view. I wouldn't say there is a lot to do in the exact neighborhood, but you can get to the highway very quickly. Extra bonus points for a huge king bed and a detachable shower head!

Carlos was very kind and always available! Our apartment was beautiful, very comfortable and very clean! When we needed Carlos when we first arrived, he responded immediately! We knew Carlos was available, but he did not micro manage! This area was close to Clearwater Beach and many restaurants and many shopping areas! We absolutely recommend his apartment for a quiet and peaceful stay! Thank you, Carlos!

My husband and I were in town for a concert at Raymond James Stadium. Franco's place was the perfect location for us, about a 15 minute drive to the stadium. In addition, Franco's place is walkable to the zoo. The place was immaculate, the bathroom was a great size, check-in was extremely easy, free parking. Communication was top notch. Overall, Franco's place is the perfect place to stay if you are in the area for a couple of days.

Adel is simply great she called and asked me if I had everything I needed and I did. Location is great for both beaches to the south and springs to the north. Good food all around I suggest Get Hooked for seafood just two miles away. Sushi in Trinity 8 miles away. Enjoy your stay plenty to do.

Had a wonderful 2 weeks here. Jessica was very helpful and obliging. Will definitely be coming back. Beds and pillows super comfortable. Everything was here that we needed.

Great place, nice and quiet neighborhood. Very close little marketplace around the corner if you need any water, soda, meat or toiletries. Very good cuban restaurant next to it. Pool was very relaxing and the grill was very clean as well. If I ever came back to Tampa I would definitely book here again. Yenia was very nice and very accommodating!

Cleanest air bnb I’ve ever stayed in! Perfect stay for a couple

Russell’s place was just as described. The bay of the bay was beautiful! This condo was within short driving distances of many great local beaches and restaurants. It had all the amenities, linens, and other items needed to make our stay perfect. Russell checked in with us prior to our stay, during and after.

When I tell you, the pictures did no justice on this place. This place is beautiful, very clean, extremely comfortable and everything me and my family could’ve needed! Thank you so much Ms. Ada and co hosts for having us, we will definitely be renting with you again and definitely recommending! All 3 hosts were amazing! THANK YOU again.

It is just a wonderful place. Everything you need is already there. Very comfortable and an easy walk to the clubhouse and pool. Enjoyed being there very much. Hosts are very responsive to every need. You can’t go wrong booking with them.

Rich's property is awesome and yes we did see the gator only once it did honor us with its presence, many restaurants and endless business to shop from went to the state fair and many other activties to do not to mention the beautiful weather, would greatly appreciate to stay at the this beautiful property when in this area.
