We are situated 3 miles from the historic town of Bradford - on - Avon and 9 miles from the historic city of Bath. The farm neighbours the National Trust moated Manor of Great Chalfield, within walking distance and plenty of footpaths to explore.Local pub in the village provides good food and a nice beer garden.The Granary is perfect for a summer or warm,cosy winter break.

Well placed for hiding away; off the road, countryside on doorstep, well stocked local shop opposite, 2 great pubs nearby, many wonderful towns and National Trust sites nearby. The private sun trap garden has Bramblecrest outdoor furniture. Cosy up on the comfy sofa in the lounge and watch movies on the 49” Smart TV or have a lie in and watch the 32 “ Smart TV in the bedroom. Access to an EV charger by arrangement.

If you’re planning on bringing a pet, we’d like to know in advance as we make some small changes to the furnishings accordingly. We have a strict poo pick up policy.
