If you have watched the movie 'Holiday', this house is as a cute as the movie. Cozy, peaceful, serene, beautiful and a breath of fresh air. The views from the house is stunning. Dorothea and her husband were great host. They did everything possible to make our stay pleasant. They also specialise in making local schnapps, it would be the best souvinier to gift your family and friends and also a good way to support local business. There are quite many supermarket within 10 mins drive. The locality and neighbors are lovely and approachable. Lot of cute churches, chappel, and castle around. Good for biking & hiking trails. Dorothea provides you with a complete guide on the places and restaurants around. It was a perfect Christmas time in this cozy house. It was also our first time using a wooden oven and we loved the experience. We hope to come back in summer and visit the local wineries. With all the airbnb's we have travelled in the last 9 years, Dorothea was the best host :) ❤️

Nice small house with a lovely garden in a very quiet and peaceful area. Well equipped and very clean. I enjoyed my brief stay and am happy to recommend Werner’s place.

It's like coming home and you immediately feel comfortable and know that you're as good as with friends. Although we didn't have good weather this time, the stay there made up for it and we will probably come back next year and are already looking forward to it.

We felt completely comfortable in this very very cozy old farmhouse. There's nothing there isn't in this nice place, it's like being at home. Our 2 dogs Nelly and coffee also had a lot of fun this weekend. The beautiful large meadow where they could run freely was a dream - a paradise in the countryside . The eggs from your chickens tasted very good. The chicken coop with its chickens and the beautiful rooster - simply magnificent. Thank you for the warm welcome . It was a very nice weekend and we will be happy to come back.

It was all as in the photo, we were in town in 5-10min by taxi and in 5min at the main train station. Host was very friendly and uncomplicated, very flexible and everything was very clean, towels and bedding were available. Only: unfortunately there were quite a lot of moths, we were not sure whether clothes moths or food moths. Otherwise, everything worked out great.

Great place, very central, suitable for longer stays. You just have to be aware of old buildings, if you live with others you can hear just about every step on the floor… otherwise everything is great, super nice hosts who respond quickly and help with questions and concerns, highly recommended!!😊👍🏻

The apartment is quite central yet quiet. The main square of Graz is only a few tram stations away and almost within walking distance. The apartment was very clean and as described. In the kitchen was everything you need. A very nice touch from Moritz was the supply of capsules for the Nespresso machine. Moritz was always available for questions and responded quickly with good tips. Overall a very nice stay and we would be happy to come back.

We stayed for a few days in Martin's apartement and it was perfect. The location is near the center with a great public transport connection. In front of the house you have a supermarket and an delicious italian restaurant. the apartement was clean and warm with a lot of space for our family of three

This place was "at home" for me. It was from the beginning - I can't describe a feeling of well-being. 🙏💖 I have rarely experienced the hospitality, the helpfulness and I travel a lot. Often I enjoyed the sun "through the windows", outside it was cold and downstairs in Graz was fog, which was really a gift. The terrace is certainly a dream in summer and I can't believe the 6 weeks went by so quickly. I felt 100% comfortable. There could be a small improvement. This is the pressure in the shower. I have grid flakes and it was a challenge to wash the hair. With normal hair certainly no problem, but with grid flakes - lengthy. :-) For those looking for peace, who want to enjoy nature, this is the perfect place. You can walk into town about 30-45 minutes depending on how fast/slow you walk. Back up the mountain, so a bit of "stamina" right away. THANKS for everything🙏🍀💞

We spent the Easter weekend in Barbara's place as we were climbing in the area, so the location was great for us! It was also super quiet, nice view but also the entire apartment was a dream! Much larger than expected and really equipped with everything you could ever need! Super cozy living room with large kitchen, very comfortable and large bed, spacious bathroom and everything also very clean. The garden is also beautiful and communication with Barbara was also great. There is nothing that didn't fit. We found the Easter decoration with small touches particularly lovely, we immediately felt welcome! We are happy to recommend it and will be happy to come back ourselves!! :)

The apartment is very nice. Everything you need is there. You can have a nice breakfast on the small balcony or have a drink comfortably in the evening. The parking space in the underground parking lot is very convenient, because you don't need a car in Graz. You can walk to the city in about 20 minutes. If you prefer to take the tram, you can reach the stop in 5 minutes. The communication with Dieter and Simone was absolutely straightforward. Through the key safe and the exact explanations, we were able to get to the apartment flexibly. We found it very friendly that there was a bottle of wine ready to welcome you. It was a real pleasure to be pleasure to be in the historical centre of Graz. The host is very friendly and always present to solve any problem.

Milena's place leaves nothing to be desired. The apartment is spacious, kitchen, bathroom and living area are very well equipped. Due to the backyard location, it was very quiet even with the proximity to the center. You can easily find a parking space in the vicinity, which can be used for free from 20:00 to 9:00. Sights, good restaurants and nightlife are abundant in Graz. Milena is very likeable and available for information at any time. We felt completely comfortable. Highly recommended!

The apartment is very quiet and yet in the middle of the city, just great. Check-in was totally flexible and easy and communication with Mr. and Mrs. Rogl was always immediate and very friendly.

We felt at home. Especially the huge covered balcony with the spacious seating was a real highlight. A criterion for choosing this apartment was also the elevator. Everything was great and clean and the kitchen very well equipped. Thank you. I'd love to come back next time.
