Dorothea's Leitensima is a wonderful old farmhouse with lots of charm. We were surrounded by birdsong and lush greenery. Nevertheless, you can reach Graz in 30 minutes by car and have many opportunities for activities. The house is equipped with everything you need. The bathroom is newly renovated, the rest of the house is in the style of a farmhouse. It is perfect to enjoy the tranquility and forget the stress.

The place was just as described, cozy and cozy in a beautiful green garden. It's really perfect for unwinding, the tranquility and scenery help a lot. It was particularly nice to see a deer right behind the house one afternoon. Communication with Verena was friendly at all times and she was always quick to reach and accommodating. The kitchen was well equipped, everything you need was available. We felt very comfortable!

Loved this location! Peaceful, quiet, small town country feel, yet very close to all the amenities of Graz! Josef greeted us when we arrived and showed us around the house and surroundings. He was very friendly and spoke English well. Our first impression was the stunning yard, with beautiful trees, garden and so many flowers, thanks to Marianne’s passion! We enjoyed both outdoor decks which was nice to choose, depending on the weather. One has a roof. The house was well equipped and had comfortable furniture. The gift of a litre of apple juice from their orchard was delicious! We also appreciated the garage parking. All in all it was a Wonderful stay, and we would love to return!

We felt completely comfortable in this very very cozy old farmhouse. There's nothing there isn't in this nice place, it's like being at home. Our 2 dogs Nelly and coffee also had a lot of fun this weekend. The beautiful large meadow where they could run freely was a dream - a paradise in the countryside . The eggs from your chickens tasted very good. The chicken coop with its chickens and the beautiful rooster - simply magnificent. Thank you for the warm welcome . It was a very nice weekend and we will be happy to come back.

It was all as in the photo, we were in town in 5-10min by taxi and in 5min at the main train station. Host was very friendly and uncomplicated, very flexible and everything was very clean, towels and bedding were available. Only: unfortunately there were quite a lot of moths, we were not sure whether clothes moths or food moths. Otherwise, everything worked out great.

Very nice apartment and the garden is sweet! 5 minutes to the old town. It is also quiet, because everything is facing 'backwards'. Thank you very much!

Great location of the apartment - in a nice area close to tram station, city park and old town. The apartment is on the 3rd floor without an elevator - so better pack light ;) It is very bright, functionally furnished and corresponds to the description - in the evening also a little noisy to sounds from the street. The good location, good value for money and cozy atmosphere are great - we will be happy to come back!

I had a great stay here. The place was very clean when we arrived, and despite the room being on the ground floor, it was surprisingly quiet. I slept so well with the windows open the whole night which says a lot about how peaceful it was. The host was friendly and made us feel at home, even if not particularly hands on or involved. Overall, I really enjoyed staying the night. It felt cozy, comfortable, and just right for a relaxing stop.

Tanja's apartment is beautiful and designed more for tall people, at least when it comes to the accessibility of plates and glasses or the hooks in the 😄 bathroom Joking aside, we felt comfortable so far. The apartment is equipped with the most necessary, the couch is a dream (especially when you are two), the kitchen is beautiful and the bed is very comfortable 😃 the apartment is located in a really quiet side street and very idyllic. It's nice to be able to listen to the birds chirping. Tanja contacted us a few days before our check-in with further information and was also easy to reach, the communication went smoothly.

We had a great three days in Graz. Ingrid's wonderful apartment contributed to this, which was comfortable, clean, spacious, and equipped with all the amenities. It was very comfortable for our 10 month old as well as our puppy. The apartment is a 10-minute walk from the center, the neighborhood is quiet and tidy. The parking lot in front of the house and a wonderful big park. Thank you so much Ingrid for everything.

The house is perfect, we have everything we need, enough space. It took us quite some time to enter the garage.

Great stay, location was easy to get into the old centre of Graz, 5 mins walk to tram stop. Supermarket across the road. Apartment was well furnished with lots of nice touches. As we're on a road trip it was great to have a washing machine to use. Lovely comfy bed. Would definitely recommend the apartment.

Since we decided quite spontaneously to go to Graz, it was great how quickly we could book. We would also have had the opportunity to arrive a little earlier and depart a little later. The apartment was as described. Really unique was the equipment with play materials, sleeping, washing and child safety utensils. These many details made the vacation with children easier. Communication worked great and was very friendly. The location is wonderful anyway.

Fantastic accommodation in the historic center of Graz. Everything in the apartment is clean and functional. The host is pleasant, flexible and communicative.

Milena was always easily accessible and responded in a timely manner. The apartment is well furnished with everything you need. The city center is easily accessible by bus. I'd love to come back.

The apartment is very quiet and yet in the middle of the city, just great. Check-in was totally flexible and easy and communication with Mr. and Mrs. Rogl was always immediate and very friendly.

I had high expectations already based on the photos but the place went above and beyond. More beautiful even than the pics, a geeky paradise indeed. I had everything I needed for a few days' stay and Reinhard went the extra mile to accommodate my late check-in which I greatly appreciated. It was a joy coming home every night to such a beautiful place, and I would definitely return in the future. Thank you so much!!

We felt very comfortable in the apartment on the 3rd floor (with elevator) of a pleasantly quiet apartment building. It is very well equipped and has a wonderful huge balcony facing the garden, including comfortable furniture and awning. We also highly appreciated the private parking on the ground floor under the house. The apartment is in the Lend district near the Mur and within walking distance of the beautiful Lendplatz, where a farmers' market takes place every day except Sundays and you can sit comfortably until late in the evening. The city center and the Schlossberg with the numerous wonderful sights can be easily reached on foot in about 30 minutes. We would love to come back to Graz and enjoy the benefits of this apartment.
