Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Graz-Umgebung District

Dorothea's Leitensima is a wonderful old farmhouse with lots of charm. We were surrounded by birdsong and lush greenery. Nevertheless, you can reach Graz in 30 minutes by car and have many opportunities for activities. The house is equipped with everything you need. The bathroom is newly renovated, the rest of the house is in the style of a farmhouse. It is perfect to enjoy the tranquility and forget the stress.

The place was just as described, cozy and cozy in a beautiful green garden. It's really perfect for unwinding, the tranquility and scenery help a lot. It was particularly nice to see a deer right behind the house one afternoon. Communication with Verena was friendly at all times and she was always quick to reach and accommodating. The kitchen was well equipped, everything you need was available. We felt very comfortable!

Everything is really right here, we felt incredibly comfortable. The house has a perfect, secluded location surrounded by forest and meadow, it has everything you could need. In addition, Christine is a super host who can give all sorts of tips and is available. We hopefully will be back!

We had wonderful holidays in this very special house! Everything is decorated with an incredible amount of love and taste! Every little detail fits perfectly into the overall concept. It's totally cozy and just lovely! We felt incredibly comfortable from the first moment. Communication with Herman was very warm, quick and straightforward. He was always approachable and responded extremely quickly. Outside you can't decide which seat to use because they're all so great. The view and the air are fantastic. Hiking trails start directly from the house and you can also do a lot nearby. The village is cozy and our daughters loved the freely accessible fire pond converted by the villagers into a swimming pool. In short: an accommodation cannot be better!!!! We are glad that we were able to spend our vacation here and would very much like to come back again!

We felt completely comfortable in this very very cozy old farmhouse. There's nothing there isn't in this nice place, it's like being at home. Our 2 dogs Nelly and coffee also had a lot of fun this weekend. The beautiful large meadow where they could run freely was a dream - a paradise in the countryside . The eggs from your chickens tasted very good. The chicken coop with its chickens and the beautiful rooster - simply magnificent. Thank you for the warm welcome . It was a very nice weekend and we will be happy to come back.

We had a wonderful stay at Manu and Nicola's and would love to come back! You feel right at home - it is very quiet, cozy and you are right in nature with very close excursion destinations!

Absolutely great accommodation! Centrally located yet quiet, very spacious, tastefully and cozily furnished. Extremely clean. Everything available for a perfect stay. The communication with Kerstin was great, especially the helpful tips for parking. Clear recommendation!

It’s a beautiful apartment with beautiful views of the surrounding areas we loved it!

Davide was such a responsive and caring host. He responded fast to my queries and checked in on us as we had checked in on a Sunday followed by a public holiday. The apartment is in a quiet residential area and has paid parking in front of the apartment but Davide knows of somewhere where there's free parking. It is walkable to the old town but still quite a distance around 20mins or so. There is a portable aircon unit but only cools the living room space. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Graz. Davide is a great host.

Everything perfect, as described

Very nice contact both online and in person, everything as described, very clean, well-equipped kitchen, comfortable bed, great view from the balcony over a beautiful garden, parking right in front of the house, we were very satisfied and thank our hosts very much😃!

Since we decided quite spontaneously to go to Graz, it was great how quickly we could book. We would also have had the opportunity to arrive a little earlier and depart a little later. The apartment was as described. Really unique was the equipment with play materials, sleeping, washing and child safety utensils. These many details made the vacation with children easier. Communication worked great and was very friendly. The location is wonderful anyway.

i was consciously in this apartment for the second time, because everything was already perfect last time. The price seems to be slightly higher than an equally large accommodation in Graz, but you also get a great apartment for your money. When it comes to amenities, you've obviously thought about what you need. Small terrace perfect to enjoy the ending day with a glass of wine in the evening. The place was perfectly located, I was there for a conference at the university of Graz and the bus stop is within a 2 min walk. Daniel and his wife are wonderful host! Highly recommend.

We'd come back in a heartbeat; everything sparkling clean, wonderful bed with fragrant white linens and incredibly great views. Very, very nice, spacious apartment with everything your heart desires. And the parking garage just a few steps away was awesome.
