Mireille's home is sublime...so beautifully done and impeccably maintained. The location is great...we had our favorite meal of the trip on the piazza out front, ordered takeout drinks from the bar downstairs, bought fresh flowers and fruit from the farmer's market out front and sent our kiddo for pastries each morning at a wonderful bakery nearby. It felt just like home, if home was in France! But the even brighter spot of this stay was Mireille herself. She was very responsive, even giving traffic guidance on checkin day due to a local festival. She guided us to nearby parking, helped with our bags, and gave us a full tutorial on her flat and it's many lovely features. During our stay, she continued to make valuable recommendations. We enjoyed a lovely meal at her nearby Italian restaurant and so enjoyed getting to know her and her sweet husband, Thierry. She took special interest in my daughter which made her feel even more so that she has a place in this big world.

Edward is welcoming. The apartment is practical and functional, it perfectly matches the listing and our choice, quiet, peaceful, well located, close to the port and everything the city offers. We feel at home there, I recommend it.

A wonderful place to stay! The apartment is very cozy and spacious, perfect for our visit. Excellent location — right in the center of Courseulles-sur-Mer, across from a beautiful church, close to the fish market, and just a short walk to the sea. The town itself is charming and picturesque. We loved everything and would gladly come back!

The place was FANTASTIC!! Only suggestion to host would be a second set of towels, and extra paper products. ie paper towels/toilet paper.

loved our stay at the 3 matelots. comfortable, clean and welcoming. lots to see and do in the area. JC was on hand if needed but pretty much left us to it. we had a fabulous time and would love to visit again!

Very peaceful, very quiet place The studio is very nicely arranged, very clean, pleasant with everything you need to make small meals that we were able to eat on the nice little terrace that we were able to enjoy thanks to sunny weather. Valerie and Christophe are very welcoming, warm and discreet. We were autonomous on arrival with all the instructions clear. The car was parked inside in front of the studio. There are beautiful outdoor plantations, very nice to smell and look at. We treasure this property.

Very short but very nice stay in a cozy cottage, the sea is not far and at this time it is not yet the crowds of July and August. All this has nothing to do with chance because behind it there is a pro of the welcome, thoughtful, smiling. It's lovely ...

Hélène is a very nice host. His advice on nearby restaurants proved very helpful. The apartment is nice, in a good location and the jacuzzi was very appreciated, especially by our 8-year-old daughter. We highly recommend.

We enjoyed staying at Helene's very much. We were received in a very friendly manner. The apartment had nice amenities and a great location to explore Cabourg and the surrounding area. We would book the apartment again.
