Delphine and her husband Stephane are amazing hosts. Kind, respectful and super caring. The place is very clean, large and offers several amenities. The outdoor area is a must for outdoor evenings. The place is 20-30 minutes from the Médoc castles and 45 minutes from Bordeaux. Perfect! Thanks again Delphine.

Very comfortable house, located in a quiet neighborhood and very tastefully decorated. When the weather is nice, it is really enjoyable on the terraces. We were very warmly welcomed by Nathalie. We received very clear information about the area (sights, cycling routes,...). We are very enthusiastic, both about the house and about the hostess.

We stayed the first two weeks of September, the place is really great! The kitchen is really super well-equipped, we took pleasure in using it to make good dishes with the products of the Montalivet market. The small garden is super well appointed, whether it's the large table or the garden furniture it's really nice. Especially since our stay in September where the wind was sometimes very cool at the end of the day on the beach, the garden furniture allowed us to enjoy the sun at the end of the day. I close to I beach is really the big PLUS of this place, it takes 3 minutes to walk slowly. also located right next to the pedestrian street. Taking this place I was able to spend my two weeks without ever using my car and that's GREAT! In September we were not all bothered by the noises of the pedestrian street which can be noisy in season. Thank you for this stay in Montalivet

Beautiful house, very good bedding and very well maintained / easy to use (ground floor). The fenced and secure park (with playground) for children - ideal! Living room with wood stove, very pleasant in the evening and cocooning - a haven of peace. Very responsive host on the platform, beach recommendations and easy communication. In short, a great place.

Great stay at Laurence's, very responsive and always good tips. The apartment is very clean, and in a very good location, literally 2 steps from the central beach. The small courtyard with the garden hose is perfect for rinsing the board and wetsuit after the session. We'll be back!

We had a wonderful time with the family. The house is large, tastefully decorated, well-equipped with a large outdoor terrace and a very nice swimming pool. You can do everything on foot, from the beach, to shops and restaurants. We spent 5 very intense days there. Thank you Danielle. 😘

Most beautiful Airbnb I’ve ever stayed. Elegant interior and functional. Baby cots were setup in bedroom upon arrival. The concierge is very helpful and responsive with clear instructions. Ample outdoor parking just outside the house. We had a good family time. My nephew left his teddy bear and they are willing to send it back to us. Thank you.

Sophie’s house is excellent. Very peaceful, clean, nice garden, lots of parking on the street outside also. Sophie & Patrick are perfect hosts and gave us a welcome gift of a bottle of local wine. It is an ideal location for the market, close to the centre of the town and the beaches. The lockable outhouse was ideal for our bikes. There are lots of great walks and bike rides in the area. We would definitely stay here again if we return to Royan.

Beautiful home located in a very nice environment and a soothing setting. The equipment of the house is top notch in every way. House where it's good to live! All this allowed us to have a great time. The latter was also possible thanks to the kindness of our host Marilyne and Audrey (concierge) who kindly welcomed us and who perfectly prepared the house. Great stay at Stéphanie's villa. The hosting was warm and pleasant. The house is superb, very well equipped and the nuxe toiletries on each bed upon arrival offers a real plus. The pool was heated and easy to use. The beach is 500m away and it's easy to walk there. We 100% recommend this house for a weekend away with family or friends! We'll be back with pleasure, thanks again ☺️

WOW!! Just returned from a week at James & Eileen’s villa in Bourg to celebrate our parents 50th wedding anniversary . There were 14 of us- 9 adults, 2 teenagers and 3 children. All info provided prior to arrival by the hosts and the house mgt team (James, Lisa and Joe) was 5*! The check in/out & on hand support during our stay was absolutely flawless . This villa is stunning - more impressive than the photos! Bourg is a beautiful rural village and the villa was extremely spacious - perfect for family gatherings, beautifully decorated and felt sumptuous. Ambiance laid on for ourarrival& amenities for guests are unlike other private villas on offer for a party of our size .Felt immediately like a home from home.Pool was immaculate, all bedrooms beautifully furnished and living/lounge/cooking areas were of such a high standard. Villa in a superb location for exploring the vineyards. Recommend renting bikes to explore, enjoy BBQs at the villa, markets&citadel in Blaye. BOOK

stayed at the villa for 6 nights on a family holiday, it was the first time we'd attempted it as an extended family and the villa was perfect for us, the kids loved the pool, there was plenty of space for everyone (with enough bathrooms not to argue over) and 2 great areas to all sit together to eat dinner in the evening. Our hosts were lovely and helped us out when we got a bit lost finding the villa on arrival and were extremely responsive to any issues/queries while there, they even sent through restaurant recommendations for a birthday, would really recommend the villa, thanks
