Whirlpool (50€ / stay; April-October) and sauna (25€ for / night; all year) can be booked for additional cost. A Carport for one car (up to 2 m high) is available.

The apartment is the complete upper floor with a large living/dining area, double bedroom, walk-in closet, bathroom with shower and a fully equipped kitchen (with dishwasher, stove, fridge, etc.) The apartment is located in the center of Helmstedt (district of Barmke) and is easily accessible via the A2. It is quietly located and a lot of light comes into the apartment through the large windows, with all windows equipped with shutters.
