In the garden, a wide variety of flowers, shrubs and trees are always in bloom. The house consists of an old farmhouse from 1817, which was stylishly extended by a modern annex. Upstairs there are 4 bedrooms, 2 with balcony. On the first floor is the kitchen, the dining area with fireplace and the farmhouse parlor. Relax in the sauna or steam room or do yoga in the garden.

Unser Highlight: ein beheizter Pool, der im Winter als Whirlpool genutzt wird – mit Fernblick über die Alpen und Nähe zu Graz. Ob Erholungstrip oder Stadturlaub, hier findet man alles, was das Herz begehrt. Der Wohnraum bietet 2+2 Betten (inkl. Komfort-Sofa). Direkt nebenan liegt das Fitnessstudio, das mit Schmoltis Chalet genutzt wird. Auch unsere Alpakas freuen sich auf euren Besuch!

Tree house buchengrün is a great place for a break on the edge of the forest. It is surrounded by trees, meadows, a fireplace and animal enclosures. Particular emphasis was placed on high-quality architecture: the tree house is sustainable and built with high-quality materials and offers a feel-good ambience in the middle of nature. It has already been awarded the Geramb Rose 2024, a Styrian architecture award and a timber construction award. It is quietly located away from the courtyard.

Escape the stresses of everyday life and unwind. Surrounded by forest and meadows, the log cabin is cozy on the edge of the forest, 20 minutes from Graz. This secluded location, this small, cozy paradise on the edge of the forest, is just the place for you to unwind and relax. In our “wooden cabin,” you will occupy the cozy ground floor, which features a fully equipped kitchen, wood-burning stoves, and a cozy bedroom. For 2 additional guests, there is a sofa bed in the living room.

The Koralpenchalet Sun, forest, nature!

Located at about 900 m above sea level above the cloud line is the Koralpenchalet in the picturesque village of Trahütten. Look directly at the Koralpe from the large terrace and enjoy the fresh forest air. The wooden chalet offers everything the vacationer's heart desires. Two rooms, each with a double bed and a sofa bed, can accommodate a maximum of 6 people. After an eventful day of hiking, you can relax in the barrel sauna or the wooden bathtub.

In the hut is one double bed with a pull-out extra bed, small kitchen with fridge, outdoor terrace with deck chair. Every hut has its own bathroom in the immediate vicinity (15m-30m).
