For those who want to live completely uniquely in their own house in a cultural area, with horses, cats and access to nature and lake. You have your own patio with barbecue and cozy playground for children. You love the proximity to adorably beautiful nature and hiking trails. You appreciate having access to nice forest trails and being able to take a dip in the lake. You also want to see culture. We will be happy to show you the farm, which has been restored according to old methods. It is close to the golf course and the picturesque town of Arvika with art museums and cafés.

FredrikLars farm by Nordmarksbergs Herrgård

FredrikLars-gården adjacent to Nordmarksbergs Herrgård: 19th century or older. In this farm, the great inventor John Ericsson's grandfather Nils (b. 1747 – 1790) has lived. On a rock in the grounds of the farm, there should be a curtain with the name of Nils. Picture of this stone can be found in Värmlandsarkiv's photo archive on a picture from 1955 (photo Lennart Thelander, pictures SEVA_11229_36 and SEVA_11230-1), but has not been found in the present day. It's probably hidden by mortar that's been covered over the rocks.

We had the honor of welcoming guests from all over the world during these amazing years. Recently, we moved to Sunnemo, 20 kilometers south of Hagfors, next to 3 large lakes, which connect and thus become one of Värmland's largest lake collections. Do you like fishing? Here you live with the silence in the middle of nature, right by a lake but with all the amenities you might need. In the surrounding area there are several lakes and nice fishing waters, the opportunity to pick berries and mushrooms, hike or why not take a trip up to "Rännbergs Toppen" (hiking trail up to a nearby mountain peak)

Creative, peaceful cottage on our small farm

Welcome to our cosy guest house on the small farm "Fågeldalen" in Bäck! This exceptionally quiet cottage has been renovated with a lot of love, time and care. Due to the use of mainly local, recycled and natural materials, there are many unique details to discover. There is a private bathroom with dry toilet and warm outdoor shower and a private kitchen with everything you need. Outside there is a terrace as well as a hammock where you can relax and there are friendly lambs to pet!

A beautiful place surrounded by forest and overlooking large meadows, pastures and a glittering lake. Lillstugan offers modern accommodation in inspiring surroundings. Hike, bike, barbecue and enjoy the sun on the patio, take a ride on the rowing boat, fish, sauna (35 Euro) and enjoy the outdoor shower. Here are many opportunities for wonderful moments!

It’s a magical way to experience Sweden’s wild, romantic charm.

Cozy Apartment on Easy Street, Karlstad

The apartment is located in Lorensberg, a calm and friendly neighbourhood with walking distance to both the city centre and campus, and is perfect for the busy tourist as well as a new student at the booming Karlstad University. The house used to be home to multiple families, and so the apartment comes fully equiped with a kitchen as well as a private bathroom and is closed off from the rest of the house with it’s own entrance. No smoking.

The Sculptured House is built with natural, recycled and local materials, in harmony with its surrounding nature. This calm retreat offers an inspirational experience for those who look for a stress-free environment. It has a cozy sleeping loft with nice views and you have your own dry toilet. Recover from everyday life (near the forest and lake)

Vacation in Värmland, Sweden Cozy accommodation in the middle of nature. Fully equipped apartment with its own entrance - peace and privacy are guaranteed. Our guests say: a special place. Included: sauna, hot tub, fireplaces, boats and SUPs, table tennis, volleyball, kettcar. We heat the sauna / hot tub once or twice a week. Bed linens and towels are available for a fee (€15 per set). Pets welcome (one-time €50).

Cosy log cabin stuga 2

This is a cosy stuga without electricity and no running water built in the traditional way. There is a woodstove to heat or prepare meals as well as a 2 ring gascooker. A sleeping loft with two single matreses who can be put together. There is a outside toilet on the premises as well as a Finnish wood heated sauna . You will have to bring your own wood for the cabin and the sauna and your own towels for the sauna.

The cottage is about 45 sqm and built on 4 floors with an open floor plan and is located next to the forest and lovely nature. Newly renovated bathroom with shower. Air heat pump with the possibility of both heating and cooling. Parking near the cottage. About 2 km to Munkfors Centrum. You can walk or bike on the Klarälvsbanan there.
