We had a lovely stay at Florys' place. Everything is exactly as the photos presented. Florys is a very active and welcoming host with a lot of sympathy. He was able to meet all our expectations. Beautiful apartment overlooking the Ardèche, excellent.

Let's continue in the momentum of 5/5 since Fred and Nathalie deserve it! The welcome was perfect, the apartment nothing to say, impeccable! The bed and sofa are comfortable and the kitchen is functional. A shopping mall with a supermarket, pharmacy, bakery and other shops are within walking distance. Once again thank you for everything and for your kindness! We'll definitely be back during our next stay in the area!

We loved staying at Chantal's place. The apartment was warm and welcoming with every amenity we needed, including a washing machine, dishwasher, separate toilet and cooking materials. Chantal was a wonderful host. She communicated before our stay, picked us up from the station and gave us excellent recommendations. We were travelling with 2 babies and Chantal brought us a travel cot and high chair. She also provided picture books and toys for our stay, which was very much appreciated. The beds were comfortable, towels and sheets were high quality, clean and lovely to use. The whole apartment is very practical, stylish and well put together. The location is great - just out of the city on a quiet street and only 5 minutes into town walking. Also only 10 minutes walk from the station with 2 babies and large suitcases. Thank you Chantal!

What to say about this idyllic haven of tranquility and beauty. It was incredible! The property is impeccable and the pristine gardens transport you into a sanctuary of peace and relaxation. Very friendly host, anticipates any difficulties that one might encounter, very responsive too. Our stay went very well. The only small downside is that the pool is not heated, and since we unfortunately encountered a very windy and cool week for early September, we could not enjoy it :/ Apart from this, everything went wonderfully :)

We stayed at Simone's and Alain's very welcoming and pleasant people. They inform you about the things to do about the area and its surroundings we had a pleasant stay. The accommodation corresponds to the photos on the site, clean, very well-equipped ( both in the kitchen, living room, bathroom, bedding ...). Pleasant stay in this great house! We would happily stay again! 😀 Both indoor and outdoor spaces are very well designed and very pleasant. The small village of Saint-Paul-de-Caisson is very cute and lively (restaurant, butcher, wine cellar, bakery, etc.)

Very nice contact with Kat. Also Angelique and Olivier were very friendly and very helpful and were waiting for us on arrival. Good bakery in the village and also at the grocery store you could find a lot. The house is cozy and all the necessary is there. On the terrace, from morning to evening, you can enjoy the sun or seek shade on the covered terrace by the beautiful swimming pool that is well-maintained. Due to a few less good days, the water had gotten colder. We have a lot of bikes in the beautiful area and eat tasty food on cozy village squares. At Kat's holiday on holiday was great.

Beautiful mas d 'Ardèche very well laid out. Spacious bedrooms, very green and shaded outdoor spaces, the garden and pool are accessible directly from the house and very pleasant. The house is very well located, quiet at the entrance to the village of Berrias, convenient for bakery, and water activities are quickly accessible 15 minutes by car... Communication with our hosts was very efficient and everything went perfectly well. We were 2 families, 8 people in total and the house really enjoyed everyone!

modern cottage, nicely decorated with a beautiful terrace and lawn. Quiet and secure environment (we were able to leave our mountain bikes on the terrace without worries). 100 m from an exit gate to access hiking and mountain bike trails (including Grande Traversée de l'Ardèche, GR4, and 1.5 km from the XCO mountain bike circuit). 2 heated swimming pools, 1 with slides are available. These pools are located about 300 m from the accommodation. There is a restaurant in this residence and snacks (but not open in low season, and during our stay). We enjoyed the east-facing terrace. We also came with our little dog. There are large lawns in this residence for walking, and outside in the walking paths. This property is ideally located for all the activities the area has to offer.

We stayed for 1 weeks in this accommodation in Le Pontet which is well located for visiting the surroundings of Avignon. The listing matches the description (nothing missing) The neighborhood is quiet. The car is a must as the shops are not close. Hélène is attentive and extremely helpful ( she did not hesitate to return us, at her expense, forgotten personal belongings) Hélène is attentive and discreet. The pool is a plus. The apartment is actually much better than in the photos, tasteful, very comfortable and very clean. As for the terrace (not to mention it at the risk of not being able to return if there are too many candidates), a real paradise.

This our second stay in a great apartment with an outstanding view

A true haven of peace. The cottage is perfect for unwinding. Special mention for the wood-burning stove that heats very well! All the comforts are there and the surroundings are magical for hikers and nature lovers. Laurence and her husband are discreet and generous hosts, I had access to their beautiful vegetable garden. Everything was done tastefully. Recommended!!!!!
