We received only positive emotions from the accommodation, stays, and amenities. It is in a good location, the house itself is in a very quiet street where there is not too much noise, but very close to a busy street. There is self check-in.

The house is tastefully furnished, the spaces are divided in a smart way. The house is centrally located but at the same time in a quiet alley. The house is on the ground floor and is all flat without the architectural barriers. The docia and opening gives you wide sounds. These features make it possible to use the house for those who use wheelchairs, crutches, etc. The host is extremely kind, responds quickly, with advice and leaves us with many thoughts such as wines, water, fresh. Like last year, we spent the week of August in this lovely apartment, perfect for spaces and location, a few meters (approx. 150 m) from the beach. Quiet, equipped with a good air conditioning system (necessary for the season!) and all the supplies for a short stay, washing machine and wifi included. Caroline and Marco have always been ready for every request for support and clarification.

We loved our stay at the Artist's House! Such a charming apartment in a great location - right in the middle of Venice, but nice and quiet. Everything we needed was provided for us, including an extra bed for our baby, and Katia was super helpful whenever we needed help. We made a mistake with our booking initially, and were very grateful to Katia for helping us fix it smoothly and without issue. Would love to come back to Venice, and will definitely book this apartment again if we do.

This was a great place in a quiet neighborhood. The beds were comfortable and slept well. The shower had good pressure but was a bit small. WiFi was hit or miss but was fast when it was working. Overall a great place to base your Venice adventure from!

Beautiful apartment in a perfect location for us. Extremely well-appointed with everything we could have needed and more. I usually bring lots of extras with me for cooking and cleaning but it was all there already. Anna was very understanding about our travel arrangements and was very flexible with check in. There was plenty of local information. The apartment is spacious and airy and the rooftop terrace would have been a bonus except for the weather. We would love to come back.

Very nice and accommodating contact. I would definitely recommend the apartment and is also well suited for up to four people! The highlight is of course the hot tub.

Despite a misunderstanding related to the late arrival, our host was understanding. Suzanna who welcomed us was very nice, helpful and gave good advice. The accommodation meets expectations. The amenities are very good: a hot tub and a sauna (which must be planned in advance because it is electric). The bed is nice if you like soft bedding. The apartment is clean; there is a little humidity but we are in Venice, it seems normal to me. Thanks to our hosts and Suzanna for the stay!

Little slice of heaven, only 3 accommodations that make this place very private. Services worthy of a beautiful hotel. Bonus for the spa accessible from all rooms giving access to a sauna, hammam, sensory shower and jacuzzi. The view and natural pool beautifully complete the exceptional character of the place.

This apartment was an unexpected find in Venice. The floor plan allows for privacy and noise is not an issue. The kitchen is very large and well stocked and there is a dining area big enough to seat everyone. The decks and living room allow everyone to be together or split into smaller groups. Located near the Rialto Bridge with many restaurants and access to shopping and transportation. Exceeded our expectations.

Loved It! Ground floor with great private courtyard to enjoy the evening. Close to the water bus, grocery store, bakeries, restaurants and bars. Comfy beds.
