The Riverhaus

Welcome to the Riverhaus! Established in 2020, this sanctuary was thoughtfully designed with comfort in mind. This 2-acre gated estate with a 1,900 sqft home and 100' of waterfront on the Pedernales River sleeps 8 comfortably and boasts a private outdoor Biergarten as well as a cabinet of lawn games, two firepits, multiple seating areas, and a fleet of non-motorized boats to enjoy on the river. Situated on the upper level of the property is a spacious two-story home. Take advantage of numerous amenties including a gameroom, lending library, two work stations, Roku television, Wii gaming system and Yoga equipment. Enjoy your morning coffee on one of the two decks as you listen to the sound of windchimes and wildlife. On the lower level under a canopy of old Oak trees, you can roast s'mores on another firepit or walk down to the water's edge to fish, swim, kayak, canoe or paddleboard. Life jackets are provided (Two adult, four child, & two infant). ***Disclaimer*** River levels are currently very low at this time.

Ample parking for many cars & trailers. City park is across from our dock, allows for boat launching, extra room for fun/family events, etc. Bring your boat, use our slip, and get out on the lake because"It's 5:00 somewhere!”

Come stay at our cabin located outside the charming Dripping Springs, TX! Creekside Casita is the perfect place to enjoy a quiet and serene stay. The cabin is located on 10 acres of property and only 10 minutes away from the Hamilton Pool Preserve and Milton Reimers Ranch Park. Guests are welcome to enjoy the creek that runs seasonally through our property. Whether a sunrise or sunset the hill country views are breathtaking! The Bunkhouse room w/ private beach ON Lake LBJ

(I am in process of updating my photos, )The bunkhouse is a private guest suite...separate from house, with it's own shady deck, lake view, and lots of private beach. It is a NON-SMOKING property. This means no smoking anywhere.. Pets are allowed ( dogs) if meet guidelines listed in "other details". ( I also have a guestroom in the house that is listed on Airbnb that sleeps 2 ) I will consider allowing 1 perhaps 2 dogs, MAKE SURE you read additional info in "Other Details" below..
