On the edge of the Charolles state forest, you can observe the local fauna and flora that surround you and stroll on foot or by bike and reach the Maupré spring. The house has a spacious and enclosed garden.

This gîte is an outbuilding of the owners' house, which they occupy only very rarely, as it is their second home. The yard is shared, but the cottage is set apart from the house.
